  Great experience super friendly staff they gave us suggestions. They have a great variety of bagels. And they taste incredible!!! If you come here, you will not be disappointed.

  Really nice little bagel spot, very delicious. Good variety of bagels and other breakfast creations. Seating is ok, a little limited for as big of space.

  Best bagels West of the Hudson! Their Rosemary Olive Oil bagel is stunningly delicious and everyone is super helpful & knowledgeable.

  Picked up a bagel on the way to work. Food was ready on arrival. Greeted with a smile and my bagel was delicious!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars all the way!!! I cannot say enough good things about the team at the Mount Pleasant location! It was a hectic morning, and in a rush to order our favorites online, I accidentally sent the order to the King Street store… ugh!!!! 🤦🏻‍♂️😱 When I arrived at the MP location to pick it up and realized my mistake, the attendant could not have been more gracious. Instead of turning me away, she completely saved the day. She prioritized our order on the spot and got us on our way incredibly fast—with our favorite bagels in hand! THANK YOU for going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, even when the mix-up was 100% the customer's fault. You have customers for life! 🥯🫶🏼
