  The new owner is great, as is some of the new staff that came on board. First 4 experiences since he came were fantastic. This one was NOT. He was not there and it showed. I hope he gets his staff in order before the entire thing goes downhill. Some of the old staff need to go and same for some of the new.

  I waited 15 mins for 2 teas. I asked for a car carrier 2x, once upon ordering an then again when the drinks were delivered.

  Usually visit at least monthly. Forgotten about my order the last two times. Promised a refund and followed up twice. Still no refund one month later. Was told the manager that promised the refund “no longer works here” Wonder why… Hope $34 was worth a repeat customer.

  Was very pleased with the customer service tonight! I think his name was Joe, but we had ordered some burgers without the bun and he came out to make sure they got it made the way we wanted and the service was very quick as well. We aren’t eating bread right now so ordering like that can be a little nerve wracking but they were very on point with service and time. 👍🏼

  This sonic has really turned around for the better…I went to this same sonic as a child and over time the quality and service went downhill bad. Happy to say the past year my family has enjoyed going here again!! The staff is nice, service decently fast and better quality food just like I remember as a kid! So if you’re a local and have a similar experience I would suggest giving this Sonic another shot!
