  Spent $50 on a large pizza, light sauce, cheese sticks, and bought the $.99 parm cheese. Received wrong pizza, loaded down with pizza sauce, (that’s all you could taste), didn’t receive any of my dipping sauces or parm cheese and pizza was not cooked. Order from somewhere else. Don’t waste your money. It also took an hour and a half to get my food. Just not worth it.

  order a big dinner box: driver forgot 1 of the 2 pizzas, the he did have was slightly warm.call the store and got hangup on 3x times by a female employee. Don't order from here! no class or customer service! order from anywhere else!

  This pizza hut is literal garbage. You cannot get anyone on the phone if you call and the wait times are extremely long, if they don't cancel your order. Don't worry though, any number you call to actually get someone to pick up is a call center where they can't help you. Oh and if they give you a "corporate" number, it's just a number to an automated voice to check your employment, not an actual number for customer service.

  I have had an awful experience everytime I come here. It is none of the worker’s faults but this is a corporate or management issue each time!! Most notably their business hours are incorrect on Google and on their website and it messed up our dinner plans the last we were there. We ordered online and it gave us a notice that our meal was processed and being prepared, only for me to go pick it up and then saying it was never made and it would be refunded. It was like 8 or 9 pm on a weekend night! It was a waste of time and an awful customer experience. Would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone I know.
