  This place is awesome. Always gets my order perfect. Miss Gina the manager is the sweetest and most kind person!!! I only order from this store because of how quality the food is and how quality the staff is.

  This place needs to be shut down. It’s hard to believe Yum! Brands would endorse this location. We ordered a pizza for delivery, and it arrived with the dough completely raw and uncooked. We tried calling the store, but no one answered. We ended up driving 20 minutes to the location ourselves, only to wait nearly 45 minutes for a replacement. When we asked for a refund, the store told us that Corporate had to issue it. We contacted Corporate, and they told us the store had to handle it. So we were sent back and forth with no one willing to take responsibility. To make matters worse, the replacement pizza was even more raw than the original. . This is completely unacceptable. Serving customers raw, uncooked food is a serious health and safety concern. The customer service was nonexistent, communication was terrible, and the entire experience was extremely unprofessional. A five-hour ordeal to get a pizza, that we never ended up getting to eat. Never again.

  I placed an order with the Pizza Hut app for delivery. About an hour later, I had not received my pizza. Pizza Hut apparently transferred the order to DoorDash, and they just canceled the order. I called Pizza Hut four times, and each time I was transferred to the stores number, but no one at the store would answer the phone call even though I waited for about 10 minutes on the phone. Then, I drove all the way to the store to get a status of my pizza because I had paid for it, but had not received anything. I waited for about 15 minutes to talk to someone, and when I talked to the manager, she was absolutely hateful to me, and did not want to help at all. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced, especially with fast food service like Pizza.

  Ordered 2 pizzas and some wings. Never showed and there store funnels to a call center. Staff never answered phone and never received my food. Definitely do not order from this store

  I had a terrible experience actually reaching someone who could fix my problem. Almost an hour just to get someone on the phone, which is the only reason for my low rating. When I did finally reach someone, I was offered to have my pizza remade and delivered (after telling them I had no means to come pick it up). I spoke with a young lady named Shekinah (sorry if spelling is wrong) and she was very understanding and accommodating. Really made a huge difference and helped me out of my frustration. Thank you!!
