  I ordered a pizza for delivery. Pizza arrived in a timely manner. Delivered by Lekesha of Doordash. Although the instructions clearly stated to ring the doorbell or knock on the door, no attempt was made to do so. It's a good thing I was tracking the delivery or my pizza, left on the floor of my front porch, may have been eaten by the bugs that live on my porch. Frankly, I'd like to ask for my tip to be returned.

  I placed an order online and it was delivered by DoorDash. However, the order was missing an item and the garlic knots I ordered. The garlic knots arrived dry with no sauce, just a piece of bread. I contacted the store, and they were supposed to send me a replacement for the garlic knots and the missing items. It was supposed to be delivered by DoorDash by a driver named Maria, but the delivery did not arrive. When I tried to reach the store again to speak to a manager multiple times, no one answered the phone. Customer service at this place is horrible.

  Almost all Papa John's locations aren't using the ring and ingredient cups that helps to get a quality standard product. They're making their pizzas in a freehand kind of way that cheats the customer with a higher percent of crust and a lesser than normal amount of toppings. Order at your own risk. They don't pay them enough to care.
