Have ordered via DoorDash in past. Always great except bloomin onion which was greasy. Understand since ordering DoorDash. This time, ribeye excellent. However, filet mignon appeared to be cooked to perfection but was extremely tough. Thank goodness had 13oz ribeye that could share with spouse.

Drove 25 mins for a quick dinner w my daughters. The table we were sat out had so much trash and food under it. It had no been swept all day. Other tables could have been used. I Ordered a blooming onion and it came out after entrees and cold. Server did ask if we still wanted it since it took so long. Waitress was no where to be found when refills were needed. Ordered kids grilled chicken and it came to table so unappetizing my four year old wouldn’t touch it. It is expensive to eat at Outback expect better service and food quality. Not planning to return.

We hadn’t been to Outback in years, and it was a great experience. I ordered the day’s special with a sirloin, loaded baked potato, and side salad. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the meal was excellent. Our server, Haley B., was clearly very busy, but she remained attentive, friendly, and provided outstanding service throughout our visit. Great food and great service—we’ll definitely be back!

We have visited other Outbacks and we usually like the food, however, here I asked for a steak sandwich and when it arrived the bread was soggy and the sauce on it overpowered the steak flavor. Prices are also higher although we are from the northeast where is usually more expensive. Service was OK. I wouldn’t go back to this one.

7/19/26 7:30pm The service industry around here is severely lacking in terms of service. Took a friend do the outback in West Ashley for dinner. I ordered an iced tea with lemon and broccoli cheese dip for an appetizer, friend ordered a bar drink. My iced tea came without lemon to which, our server, Christine, defended by stating she had been there since 10:00am. Friends bar drink arrived, I then ordered a second appetizer, the bloomin Onion and we proceeded to order our entrees. They were out of the boneless so I chose the bone-in ribeye meal with broccoli and fries. Friend chose the steak and shrimp meal. A few minutes later the server dropped off silverware and a ramekin of lemon wedges. A food runner brought the appetizers in a timely fashion. Appetizers were good and as expected. Ordered another iced tea when server checked on us and she brought it in a timely manner. Our entrees arrived a few minutes later, timely, via a food runner. My steak was good temperature (medium rare) and tasted good, just a bit salty for my buds. Broccoli was overcooked and I wasn't a fan of the seasoning but the fries were good. Friend was disappointed with the size steak but said the meal was good. I had to pull ketchup and steak sauce from a recently vacated table as those were not supplied. We were finished with our meals for about 5 or 10 minutes when the server appeared with the desert pitch. Friend ordered a scoop of vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. All the dirty dishes were left on the table until after the ice cream arrived. I think we sat with dirty dishes in our face for about 20-25 minutes when the server reappeared and finally but reluctantly removed the entree dishes claiming it was the bus persons job. Friend said the vanilla ice cream was missing the vanilla flavor. About 20 minutes passed since the ice cream arrived which was now soup sitting at the end of the table. Server reappears, I asked her to remove the ice cream from the check and said we were ready to cash out. She did so and the rest is history. It's a decent place but the service was struggling.
