  I had a frustrating experience during my recent visit. The employee behind the counter appeared to be ignoring not only me, but several other customers waiting on online orders. He seemed disengaged, and unless he was directly speaking to you, there was no acknowledgment or sense of urgency. We placed our order at 8:30 PM and didn’t receive it until 8:53 PM. During that time, we assumed it was still being prepared, but later found out it had been sitting there the entire time. As a result, the fries were cold and unappetizing. What was more concerning, however, was the food handling. The employee was handling fries and nuggets without gloves, and I observed fries falling onto his hands and then being put back into the batch. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I did take a photo, although it’s not very clear. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses these issues, as my past experiences at this location have not been this poor.

  Waited over 10 minutes to get to the menu board. Used mobile app. Get to the window no bagles drink order is wrong. Tell me to pull over in wait line with the others. After 30 minutes I left go nothing, no drink no food just attitude. After 62 years of being McDonalds customer I am done. Best $21 I have spent

  Absolutely terrible. Employee called out our number, we stood up, looked at us and put it down at someone else's table. No napkins and when we asked got a dirty look. Terrible

  Worst experience I have ever had at McDonald's. I'm a very patient man and the people working here were beyond rude. Very disappointed

  Walked up to place an order at 7:23pm 12/1. Cashier looked at me and proceeded to walk off from the counter into Walmart. The females cooks were giggling in the back. I just wanted to order something while I shopped. No worries I walked off and will not return.
