  By far the worst McDonalds in the south east. They don’t miss a beat with providing an awful experience.

  I have ordered from this location 3 times within the last 2 weeks and EVERY SINGLE ONE was drastically wrong… and I’m not talking “ohh they forgot my sauce”. Tonight was the final straw, I ordered $40 worth of food. 10 count nugget, 6 count nugget, 2 McDoubles, and a large fry. A lot of food right? I get the order and I ONLY recieved the 10 count nugget and the cherry on top is that they didn’t even give the right sauce with it either… I’m genuinely confused on how you can mess up an order that badly, as someone with experience in fast food. I’m sure I sound like a Karen right now, but I am a tired fiance who has been extremely excited for some comfort food these past 2 weeks and 3 times of being drastically wrong is just insane… so disappointed 😔

  I used to love McDonalds fish sandwich. I haven't had one in a while so decided to go to the drive-thru and pick one up. I ordered it with cheese and was so eager to taste it again, I pull into a parking slot and started eating it. It was awful. I was so disappointed. Even though it has shrunk signifigantly in size, I could not finish it.

  I've had two frustrating experiences at this McDonald's in the pass two weeks. On my first visit, I was asked to pull into spot #3 during breakfast hours and ended up waiting for over 20 minutes. I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave without receiving my order, essentially losing my money. I work in the area and decided to give chance today, unfortunately the experience wasn't much better. When I arrived at the drive through pickup window there was an employee standing at the exit door smoking, which didn't leave a great impression. After receiving my order I found that my hotcakes and sausage were actually cold cakes and cold sausage. Between the long wait times, lack of order fulfillment, and poor food quality, this location needs serious improvement in both service and management. I hope this feedback helps address these issues for future customers.

  Active duty service member. Ordered drive through mobile order at 20 April, 20:08, order code EL29. I had to wait at the speaker for 17 minutes and nobody spoke with me. So I had to pull to the pick up window to see what’s going on. The lady at the window didn’t even let me talk, she condescendingly told me she didn’t not take my order so I had to drive around. I tried to explain and she just kept cutting me off. I don’t know who pissed her off that she was so rude and unprofessional. Eventually she figured out I might ordered on mobile. She never apologized for her rude demeanor and remained cold face the whole time serving my food. Making me feel my action to order food here is offending her. Is this how McDonald doing work now?
