  I like to see my donuts and pick them out. The Savannah Highway location is drive through only according to staff today. All doors locked and I got a signal to go to the drive through from someone inside. Not sure how long this has been the case or how long it will continue to be. Store hours say 6am and it’s 7:45… Not coming back with the kids on Saturday morning if we can’t pick out our donuts and eat them inside. Good job with no signs, notice, nor explanation… see ya!

  Put in an online order in the parking lot this morning after discovering the dining room was still closed at 8:30 and they open at 6 according to the website. The online portion let me select an assorted dozens and pay for them. When I went through the drive through the gentleman let me know they were only accepting cash and could only do glazed donuts. I let him know I put in and paid for an assorted dozen online. With no apology he let me know they couldn’t complete the order and the money would show back up on my card in 2-3 days. After that I spent the next 20 mins waiting at the window and around the store waiting for a receipt or something that showed I would get a refund (since they claimed they couldn’t do cash). This was also after I was told multiple times there was no way I could get a refund receipt I just had to call the store. I know this is not true I’ve worked in the service industry for almost 5 years, every system I have worked with or seen can print these receipts or send email confirmation. Finally one of them (I’m assuming the store manager) had me pull around front and was finally able to get me an email confirmation and receipt. All and all I spent nearly 40 minutes at Krispy Kreme to barely get my money back on my wife’s first Mothers Day. I also was polite the entire time, calling the two gentlemen “sir” at least 5 times and never got “I’m sorry that happened sir” or anything remotely close just “ok” the entire time. Abysmal customer service and don’t advertise and take payment for products you don’t have or are not ready to sell.

  There was nobody in front of me but I waited until the young decided to serve me. She kept tell me she hear me while I was pratically screaming. Then she kept saying they didnt sell cinamon rolls while there was a sign advertising .The most annoying thing was she gave me my total and then she changed the price 3 or 4 times Im guess as a joke.I had large bills so I didnt see pulling them or a credit/debit card for $6 and change less than a quarter. Next time I guess Ladson rd might be .Since the young lady with a mark on her left check loves to play instead of work at Highway 17 s location

  Donuts always amazing! I understand the challenges with staffing. Saturday morning (9am) there was no counter option, doors were locked. Forcing drive thru operations. Ended waiting more than 15 minutes to order, finally gave up. I watched at 3 other cars give up as well. I run local restaurants too and understand but you’re stifling and managing revenue down. When I finally ordered, I found out there were NO Raspberry filled donuts!!! Seriously?!?

  First of all, what the heck is going on with Krispy Kreme. The doors are always closed, and the so called workers you can see through the windows barely moving around, DESPITE long lines of cars waiting to simply get a single box or two of donuts? Covid has been over almost 5vyears now, so get those doors open!! You have no excuse as to why a place that supposedly has donuts all day, runs slow as a snail, and customer service almost non existent! I went there this morning while the " Hot Now" light was on, waited in a line wrapped around the building for at least 15 minutes, only to get to the window and my donuts were NOT hot, but very much cold and they looked old. As a paying customer, I EXPECT hot donuts each and every time, and good/decent customer service! If you do not want to work there, and do you job like Krispy Kreme expects you to be performing....then quit and move on. The management needs to be overhauled with a known performer who can get results, no losses of customers and reputation. There are new specialty donuts shops opening all over, Krispy Kreme you need to pay attention or else you will wound up being the next failed business here in the low country, and that would be a crying shame, because it doesn't have to be like that. Shape up, or ship out!!
