  the sandiwhich was ok, OVERALL, the young lady making my sandwich was quite rude. this was my first time here so I did NOT know that I should just tell her or assume that they have what I want on my sandwich. I wanted it toasted she said it can’t get toasted which I thought I can if I WANT it to, okay. I then ask for bacon she told me was too late, so I asked for banana peppers told me she didn’t have any. FINE. I got the extra mayo then mustard and cucumber. she told me I was supposed to tell her what I wanted before she made it but I thought you were supposed to ask if I would like anything else besides what comes on it or no? I asked if her name was alexa because that’s what my receipt says she then replies “I believe so” as if she didn’t know her name so I asked and she says that’s what it say on the receipt as if I’m supposed to know her name already. moral is she don’t need to be there if she don’t like her job!

  Out of all the JJ’s we’ve been to. This was by far the best experience in the longest time. Extremely clean restaurant, spotless bathrooms and fresh tea. Alexa took our order and conversed with us the entire time. Our sandwiches were perfection. We may not have been during the lunch hour. But she’s a gem at this location. Thank you from start to finish. If we are back in this area again. We will stop back.

From the moment you walk in, there’s a sense that you’re not just another order in line—you’re recognized, remembered, and genuinely taken care of. They know my name. They know my order. And somehow, every single time, they execute it with a level of consistency and care that feels almost surgical. It’s not just “freaky fast”—it’s freaky precise. What really sets this team apart, though, is the way they go beyond what’s expected without ever making it feel forced. As soon as I open the door they greet me by name, No request, no hesitation—just pure attentiveness and pride in what they do. That’s rare. In a world where most places are trying to keep up, this crew is setting a standard. Not just for speed or accuracy, but for hospitality, awareness, and execution. It’s the kind of place you don’t just return to out of convenience—you go back because it feels right. Special Big Ups to the Manager, she's been awesome since day one.   This was our 1st time trying JJ's and I was really hoping for a better experience. I paid $17 for a sub and a wrap. When I took it back to our hotel room bc my daughter is fighting cancer I was not happy to find peppers & onions on a wrap I specifically asked for NO PEPPERS & ONIONS. I ordered a turkey tom and it was pathetic to see how little they use to make this sandwich. 3 small tomatoes, 3 slices of turkey on a 8" sub with a sprinkle of lettuce. I would not recommend this place for any location unless you enjoy paying too much for too little. Very disappointing.
