  Employees make the environment feel very hostile, many times I wait for my food for 30+ minutes and feel too shy to ask them about it because of how bothered they look while working. I also work in food service so I get it, but they are kind of absurdly hostile. As for the food, it’s fine quality. My only problem is that I will sometimes order the egg and cheese bagel, and it’s clear that there was bacon/ sausage on it at some point because it, 1.) tastes like it, 2.) I will find little sheds of meat on it, which is quite distressing to me because I have not eaten meat in years. Again, I understand that things happen but the amount of cross contamination is kind of unacceptable.

  Incompetent staff, no restrooms, NO Hot Coffee made at 11am WOW unbelievable! Staff isn’t even familiar with their menu offerings! This location is the worst I have ever been too! Do better!

  If you notice, any review above 2 stars is most likely from over a year ago. The food here isn’t bad, if it were just the food I’d give 4 stars. But the workers are some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. They always yell at you, they close an hour early, cut their menu short THREE hours before they close and say they can only make plain bagels with cream cheese WHILE putting the other ingredients away. They lock the doors when the lobby clears out. Save yourself $3k and don’t get the meal plan at CofC
