  I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, and service. I tried some of everyones' food (it was four of us). I typically don't like or get chocolate cake but I did this time. Glad I ordered the cake (i got ice cream with it. Yum!!!). The wait staff was quite hospitable and very knowledgeable.

  NOT GOOD FOR LUNCH. Prices were quite expensive. A stand-alone, regular burger was $16 without any fries or other side dish. The sides were an additional $7 or $8, depending on what you got, and were oversized -- more like the size you would share between 2 people -- and they served it on a separate plate from the burger. Ridiculous! I couldn't believe a side of fries couldn't be included with a $16 burger, or at the very least just have a normal size side and charge no more than $4. The service and atmosphere were good, but I can't justify spending $24 for a lunch of a burger and fries. I didn't even order a drink, because then the lunch would easily been closer to $30 (for a soft drink) or much more for alcoholic beverages. Nope. I won't be coming back here again.

  The service was great! Food and drinks were wonderful. It was loud so we had to talk loud to hear each other.

  Edmund's has been our neighborhood haunt for well over a decade, and they've seen us through birthday parties, weekend afternoons, and countless happy hours. It's so hard to lock down reservations downtown, so knowing EO will always make room for us is a rare gift. Special appreciation for The Bower team (and Ben!) for making a dear friend's birthday so special.

  I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience I had at this venue. A group of us went for Restaurant Week and were all impressed. The server was willing to give us individual checks, which is getting more and more difficult in this town. The food was surprisingly yummy. I had the ginger salad which was light, refreshing, and zesty. The Lamb Biryani (sp?) was also a delight with complex Indian flavors. I recommend this place highly and will be back.
