Service is slow and there's no place to sit and eat your food because the few tables are filled with other customers waiting for their orders. It might be worth the extra drive to visit the 41/17 store.

For a place that has donut in the name you would think that they would make it a point to have them. With the amount of one stars and feed back, you would think that management and corporate would have stepped up/ in to fix the problems.
