  Stopped by for some Dunkin this morning. I don’t go to Dunkin much anymore as they don’t make their donuts onsite and often times they are shipped to their stores frozen then just decorated. Had the coffee which I used to get often and it was meh. Tasted old or like the pot had old coffee mixed in. Had some glazed munchkins which were slightly stale, glaze was melted. I normally pay cash, but I paid credit card and the team member suddenly shoved a POS terminal on a handled stick in my face. The first thing was asking for a tip. Not sure when fast food places started asking for tips. These team members are not baristas. I have tipped cash before at Dunkin but this just felt different and so did the location.

  Came in 5/08, ordered 3 dozen they gave me 2 and then someone else’s order saying the name for my order, I then came back in and told them their mistake and they acted like they didn’t have the order until I said to check the receipt, they read aloud, 2 mixed dozen and a glaze ( missing the glaze) they gave me another mixed…. So messed up and gave me someone else’s order and then proceeded to get mine wrong after looking at the receipt.

  This is absolutely the worst dunkin I have ever been too. We just waited an hour in the drive through and when we finally made it to the window our food was cold and the drinks we ordered were terrible. Horrible service, go get coffee and food literally anywhere else.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts on the morning shift this Saturday (May 2nd). The worker with glasses gave me milk that tasted expired in my coffee. When I came back to politely ask for a new one, she seemed irritated and gave me attitude instead of just helping fix the issue. On top of that, I paid for four bagels and only received three, which was frustrating. I understand people can have bad days, so I don’t know if that was the case, but the service felt careless and unfriendly overall. I just expected better attention to orders and a more respectful response when something goes wrong.

  Avoid this place. I've been to many DD and this is by far, the worst experience. Even though there are many people working, no one is there to take orders-there's an order screen. If you order something and they're out of the item, they'll tell you after waiting a long time. Then they offer something else or you can go on the app to get a refund, after waiting and waiting. Very inefficient and unfriendly place. Poorly run. They need a visit from corporate. Many people unhappy with the service.
