- JCJ Church4 days ago2.0Literally the slowest people I’ve ever seen. They marked my order as complete but didn’t actually finish it for 27 minutes just to make their numbers look better. A single ice coffee. When I asked the person behind the counter she ignored me entirely. Overall dirty environment and the girl at drive through was on her phone pretty than actually helping the two people cooking.
- ADashlyn daughertyJun 28, 20261.0If I could give this Dunkin 0 stars, I would. We waited in line for 20 minutes this morning, and when I got to the window I ordered a Juicy Peach energy. They completed my order just for them to not have sparking water, sausage, biscuits, or syrup. The lady taking my order had attitude. While waiting for the window, I witnessed a worker sneezing twice without covering their mouth where my drink was. When we got to the window the lady said “can someone make (my food order) I forgot to do it”. Then, another lady said “have you paid???” After I was sitting there for a while. Once my food was done, some guy with glasses practically threw the bag at me. To make it all better, my food isn’t cooked at all.

The pain became bad enough that I went to the emergency room, where I was diagnosed with food poisoning. This was a very upsetting and painful experience. I hope the store looks into its food handling practices so this doesn’t happen to anyone else
- ABAshlyn BevelJun 21, 20262.0they were out of so many things. donuts, apple juice, seasonings etc. because of that- i changed my order. i was going to get sweet black pepper bacon sandwich, but they didn’t have the seasoning. so we instead asked for sausage egg and cheese & drive thru person said “okay” & it still said sausage on my receipt- yet they still gave me bacon. idk if yall have ever had their bacon without the seasoning but it’s disgusting; i would liken it to a dog treat. very disappointed. edit for got to add: it was also freezing cold!! i have to assume that they assembled it, got it ready to put in the machine to heat it, and then simply didn’t heat it and wrapped it up to go. iv never had a sandwich this bad or this cold from dunkin.

But this has been happening more and more recently. On top of the consistent messed up orders, it seems like they're forgetting to put the ID labels on the orders for the customers. This makes it really difficult to identify which order is yours. I don't know about the rest of yall, but I dont want to have to touch every one else's food to figure out which one is mine. Maybe they should go back to how it was done before, you know, actually talking to the customer.
