This is quite honestly the worse Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The service is horrendous and they just screw everything up. Not to mention they never complete the order as filled. 2 separate visits and both times no cold foam added. Food is cold each time and the service is beyond slow. Walked inside to get an idea of what was going on and it was clear as day. No training or care in the world. Management needs to train the employees at this store.

Dunkin on james island has been Terrible for years. I do not visit often, but everytime i do, they remind me of why I don't. The number one issue is the employees attitudes are HORRIBLE. The majority makes it hard on the ones who actually try to be nice/professional. They have outrageous wait times in drive thru, so don't stop by, if you have to got to work. It's crazy they renovated the building, but couldn't fix the attitudes of employees. I spent nearly 15 min in drive thru & then decided to go inside, but i quickly found out that wasn't any better. I walked in & greeted them, & in return, I received a cold stare. Another customer who already had a drink, came in BEHIND me & was greeted & helped BEFORE I was, so at that point I walked out & left. The hiring process has to suck. I'm not sure how this location is still open.

they didn’t give me what I ordered. Service was terrible. Lady looked at me weird and the drinks were awful. She only knew how to make a cappuccino. I thought I would give it a try after the remodel, but it’s still awful.

An absolutely horrible experience! I should have learned my lesson from previous visits. I keep trying to give this place the benefit of the known doubt, but I remain disappointed….every time. I simply wanted to grab and go an iced coffee. Two customers were awaiting their order, patiently. I attempted to make contact with two of the elusive associates, to no avail. I was then obviously/intentionally relegated to use “iPad El Grande” to place my order! Zero human connection, no problem. I waited for 10 minutes before one of the associates began to prepare my “Dunkin Original Blend” Iced Coffee. (Check the receipt, that’s what I physically entered into robo-clerk!) When she attempted to pull the handle of the original blend, it sprayed all over the counter and onto a box of already prepared donuts for a waiting customer! The (coffee keg) had run dry… so reflexively, she placed the spattered cup under the “Cold Brew” tap and proceeded to fill. She then attempted to hand it to me. I said, “this is cold brew, I ordered original blend (there is a stark difference, and I do not like cold brew), she said, “oh yeah,” and dumped it into a nearby sink. She said Id have to wait for the other girl to fill the depleted keg (my words not hers, she did mumble something to that effect). Another 10 minutes, (if you’re still with me thats a total of 20 minutes) then she was able to prepare my requested beverage. Simultaneously she handed a very nice lady her donut box which had the spattered contents of the burping final breaths of the coffee keg. The woman took the donuts in stride, vocalizing the ridiculousness of the literal dirty dozen which went , you guessed it, unheard. Through my stay in the filthy dining room, I learned that this dozen was destined for an office. Great impression DD. This is not the way a DD should operate, it is a stain on a coffee chain icon. I wish there were more options which were properly and proudly run. Buyer beware.
