  Absolutely horrible service! The person who checked us out very nice. The lady in the photo horrific customer service. We asked for steak she didn’t answer the first time cause they were out but than had us wait for the steak to be cut, no worries at all we wanted to wait for the steak. A man went in front of us and she also said something snarky to him about did you not see the board above you? How rude! Than we got our steak and asked if they had anymore sour cream. She said no, again no worries but ended up there was more sour cream! THAN we finally asked for cheese and said so sorry is there anymore cheese and she followed up with no you’re not with a snarky tone. As two people who work in the restaurant industry we were baffled!! We’ve also had friends who have publicly complained about how horrible the customer service is!! Xoxo

  I really want this location to get it together because I love Chipotle. The cleanliness, behavior of the staff, and inconsistency with available items is not good. I shouldn’t feel like a bother at a place I am willingly giving my money. There is one lady on the line most afternoons who is very nasty to customers; short tempered, careless, and unprofessional in her appearance and approach to customer service. During lunch time the staff is decent. Prompt, professional, and prepare the food with care. I come like once a week because like I said I enjoy the food. Most visits are a toss up. It needs new management. Please turn this location around, soon. Sincerely a caring customer.

  Have been coming to this location since it opened. Have always done so because it is local and want to support local restaurants. I recommend going to the establishment if you want to order food. It has never been on time when ordering on the app. Today was the worst, accidently 20 min late to the time requested and still wait almost 20 mins for the food to be made. I could understand if they were actually busy but even with 5 workers the only people sitting inside are people waiting for their orders. If you order by the app expect the food to be 20-30 min late after the promised time. It is getting to the point I'm wondering if instead of spending all this time waiting inside, I should spend the extra time going to a different location.

  This location has become consistently unreliable. On my most recent visit, my order was 30 minutes late. When I politely approached an employee just to confirm it was actually being made, staff started raising their voices at me and other customers waiting nearby, saying “already explained the delay and we weren’t listening” — before I’d even finished my sentence. I hadn’t said a word of complaint, and being spoken to that way in front of a room full of other customers was genuinely embarrassing. I understand being short-staffed happens, but that doesn’t excuse how customers were treated. This isn’t a one-off — wrong orders and rude service have been the norm here more often than not. I won’t be returning to this location.

  The old lady with the blond hair put like 3 tiny pieces of chicken on my bowl whatever I didn’t say anything about it but when I paid she had the audacity to then ask for a tip and I said no because she didn’t even put any chicken in my bowl she replied with well I knew you weren’t gonna tip witch is why I didn’t give you any it’s fast food I’m not required to tip especially when you can’t even give me the proper amount of chicken
