  My wife and I stopped by Chipotle to grab a quick meal to go, and we had a great experience. We both ordered the kids' meals, which turned out to be the perfect portion for a lighter meal. The restaurant was well designed and very clean. One feature we really appreciated was the completely separate food preparation area for online orders. It kept the in-store line moving much faster than we're used to seeing at other Chipotle locations, a nice touch that made the experience more efficient. The employees were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we've come to expect from Chipotle. Both the dining area and the restrooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, this was a pleasant visit with good food, excellent service, and an efficient layout. We'd definitely stop here again.

  On June 23, 2026, at approximately 10:00 PM, I arrived at the Chipotle location at 975 Savannah Highway, Suite 205, Charleston, SC. The store’s posted hours on both the door and online indicated that the restaurant closes at 11:00 PM. The front door was unlocked and customers were still able to enter. After entering the restaurant, I stood at the entry and questioned if they were open and was not acknowledged by any employees. I was then informed by what appeared to be the manager on duty that the restaurant was closed and that no orders would be taken with an attitude. I respectfully questioned why the store was refusing service despite being open to the public, having posted operating hours until 11:00 PM, and having an unlocked entrance. Rather than providing a reasonable explanation, I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful response. The employee then shut and locked the front door while I was leaving. As I exited, another customer arrived and was also refused service despite the store still being within its posted business hours. I understand there can be operational challenges, but refusing service nearly an hour before closing, while the store remains open and advertises operating hours until 11:00 PM, is unacceptable. Equally concerning was the lack of professionalism and customer service displayed during the interaction. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed by the appropriate district or regional management team.

  Please shut this place down. Waited over 40 minutes to get our food, despite placing the order 20 minutes before arriving. Thought about leaving, but was too worried about them not being competent enough to refund my money. Awful service. Understaffed, dirty, and disrespectful of our time. Chipotle should look at these reviews and shut it down. Don’t come here

  I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the third bad experience I have had at this location. The first time was with a delivery order where I ordered 3 tacos and they made one taco and put two empty tortillas under to give the appearance of a full meal. The second time the staff was extremely snappy the entire time building my order. And now, it is 11:40 pm and the lady behind the counter screams at me saying they are not open. I tried asking when they would open and she just yelled again they are not serving. The staff in this location is honestly scary with how they treat customers who did nothing but wanting to try to come in for a classic chipotle meal.

  so sick and tired of this place and their workers thinking they can shut off the entire store front, switching the store to JUST online orders. workers sitting outside smoking cigs, no gloves, no handwashing, and even creating a fake sign to put on their door saying they have a “mechanical issue” that resorts to them doing only online. went to moes instead!! everyone else should too. and corporate should really fire the entire staff and just start over.
