- CMCollin McCarter3 days ago1.0Absolutely awful. Only order took about 40 minutes when the restaurant was not busy or crowded at all. And they forgot my wife's chips. Bowls were extremely rice heavy. Very little beans, topping, or meat. Extremely disappointed. Will not be back on future trips to Charleston.
- MSMatthew SauerwaldMay 13, 20261.0pretty shocking experience. went to this chipotle for lunch on a wednesday. the place was filthy. looked like no one had scrubbed a table in the place. the floors had litter on them. funky smell of dirty water. i dont know who the manager is but they are asleep at the wheel. i dont know who the owner is but they clearly have no idea of what is happening at this location. i love me some chipotle but a big no thanks to this location, not even for a quick bite.

And today a gentleman working in the kitchen came out to yell at me to "move to the other side" repeatedly, preventing me from ordering with the staff member who was motioning me to approach and place my order. Everyone in the restaurant, customers and staff alike, rolled their eyes and shrugged their shoulders at this man's inappropriate and unnecessary behavior.

When they wrapped the burrito, half of it spilled out and they didn't bother to rewrap it. You could tell no one at that location seemed to care. As for the food, I got a steak burrito and it was just overcooked steak and the burrito fell apart almost instantly with the terrible wrap job.

The lady taking my order was very rude. One of the ladies, the one with red hair, pretended not to see my chaperone because she’s shorter ebb after she kept trying to order. They messed up my friends order right in front of her, and all my friends who ordered quesadillas didn’t even have cheese on them. This was not a pleasant experience and we will not be coming back.
