  The owner has been with this corporation for years, yet from my experience, she doesn’t reflect the values they claim to uphold. The way she carries herself and the people she chooses to run the establishment comes across as rude and unprofessional. Leadership sets the tone, and it clearly shows throughout the team. There also seems to be an added layer of authority from her husband, and the attitude there feels just as off putting. Overall, my experience felt less about genuine care for people and more about profit, which doesn’t align with what Chick-fil-A is known for. If you value being treated with respect, I would strongly reconsider supporting this location.

  We accidentally ordered for the Bees Ferry location. That was our bad. HOWEVER. We stood at the pick up area for 30-MINUTEs asked 3 different people for help... ignored.first 2 acted as thoughit would be right up. ..then same employees started pointing and laughing at us...Madison, not cool .....finally a gentleman said I cant find your order....30 mins 4 interactions with 3 different employees....to tell me tjis was not the Bees Ferry location. If the first person to speak to us had actually listened and cared I dont think we would have been there 30min....also its just mean to laugh and point at customers instead of trying to help them. Never again.

  Used to have nothing but good things to say about this chick fil a, it’s very nice and clean. Unfortunately I don’t know what’s happened to them lately. 2 main things - 1) you should not be able to order an item on the mobile app that is out of stock at the store. I arrived to the store only to find that the main item I was looking forward to - they didn’t have it. Is it impossible for you guys to remove it or grey it out on the app when your store is out of it? I would’ve just as soon not ordered here at all if I knew yall didn’t have this crucial element of the meal I ordered. Every other Chick Fil A in America seems to be able to remove or disable items from mobile ordering when they are out of it. 2) it blows my mind that I can be in the chick fil a parking lot, place an order for carry out on the app, hit “I’m already at the restaurant” immediately so they will go ahead and prepare it, then I wait 20 minutes and go inside the store and my food still isn’t ready. I was literally the only customer left in the store tonight! Yet when I came in, they told me they didn’t have one of the main things I wanted and then it took them another 5 minutes to prepare my order, despite the fact I had ordered 25 minutes earlier. Missing item or not, It should’ve been ready and waiting for me when I came in as the only customer. Genuinely, I would like someone to explain why I can place an order in the parking lot for carry out, wait 20-25 minutes, walk into a completely empty restaurant and my food is still not ready. Then I have to stand around twiddling my thumbs while you make the order that should’ve been made half an hour ago. Why do you even have an “I’m already at the restaurant” button (which is supposed to trigger the team to start making your food) if that doesn’t cause you to start making the food? I also find it really discouraging that the management here doesn’t seem to care enough to respond to any of these negative reviews raising legitimate concerns. I’ve seen reviews here noting everything from the bad service to serving raw chicken and not a peep from the folks at Magwood. Just keep doing you 👍 who cares about customer feedback? The only reason this location has 4.4 stars is because they’re still coasting off all the good reviews from years past when they were actually good. This locations fall off should be studied.
