  Always enjoyed my experience but this time was much more memorably… such a great dining experience as soon as we walked in. Twianita, quan, niyah definitely helped explain all the many choices there were, they explained the menus, they were all attentive as I asked questions and gave suggestions. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll be telling my friend they have to go to the west Ashley location any time they want cava!

  Twianita was was great great customer service she even got me to try things that I have never tried before five stars....but if I could I would give her ten stars.

  I'm extremely disappointed with Cava. The customer service is consistently poor, the portions are all over the place, and more often than not, they're embarrassingly small for what they charge. It feels like you're paying full price while getting whatever portion the employee feels like giving that day. On top of that, I have never once received the complimentary piece of pita bread that is supposed to come with a bowl. Not once. It may seem small, but when a restaurant advertises something as included, customers should actually get it. The food is decent, but the lack of consistency, poor service, and stingy portions make the experiencing frustrating and not worth the price.

  I love this place!(although my bank might not) I come here weekly because of how fresh the ingredients are and how friendly the staff are. Felicia, Rashaan, and there is a girl with glasses(I can’t remember her name) who asked me to leave a review. They are always very friendly and welcoming and I would recommend this place to anyone, even if you are on a diet(which I am). The lemonade is even better than Chick-fil-A, since it doesn’t have any pulp. 10/10 easily! I can’t get enough of the steak and harissa bowl, I love the spicy aspect of it ❤️

  Cold food (the chips which I asked for whichever were freshest) n very rude, pretty sure I got over charged for a kids meal. 13 dollars which it states they start at 6.95?!?!?! And some chips 3 bucks (where is the other 2-3 dollars come from
