  I had such a great experience at CAVA thanks to Jason! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the menu and make recommendations based on what I liked. His suggestions were spot on, and he made the whole experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. Excellent customer service like that really stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Places like this make me miss when you looked forward to talking to the workers/cashier. Instead, like at this Cava, you are “greeted” by employees who act like they hate you. They rung me up before letting me know they were out of 2 ingredients. $15 for this slop is outrageous

  Put in a mobile order, waited 25 minutes after the pickup time, proceeded to wait inside for my order and had to wait until the ENTIRE line inside the store was served.. Didnt put the sauce on my order or sides of pita bread, neither any forks or napkins..

  We love Cava and usually look for one wherever we're traveling. However, this store was very poorly run. The employees didn't seem to know what they were doing and weren't very friendly. Portions were inconsistent - and when we asked for more rice we were told we would be charged more. If they ran out of any toppings they were telling people they didn't have any more. There was NO ice the whole time we were there and the soda had no carbonation. We won't be going back to this location.

  Our family loves CAVA after leaving church! ... but this particular store location failed on all fronts with respect to customer service, atmosphere, and food supply. 1st their bathroom faucet did not work forcing me to use the other room to wash my hands. Then upon approaching the line, we witnessed the line worker roll her eyes as she prepared to serve us. She was rude and obviously displeased to be working or serving us. Then they were out of cucumbers and tomatoes and dressings, despite being 6pm on a Sunday. Then when she handed me our pita she placed it on the dirty counter. 0/10 WILL NOT BE BACK! Do better, be better.
