  Customer service is abysmal. They make you feel unwelcome and a burden to even come in and order. A worker came and asked us how was everything, which was unexpected. When my son complained that his falafel was burnt, the worker looked at it and said, "oh no" and walked off to continue cleaning. There's a better Mediterranean slop bowl place on Savannah highway. I just can't ever remember which one is which because they're both in strip malls. They serve everything in compostable containers and then throw it in the regular trash.

  I love every Cava I go to, But this one has a whole new level of no service. I approached the wrong side of the line and the person working there, told me to go to the opposite end to order. So I did as she asked. She then proceeded to clean the counters, Wipe them down, stock a few items… and never make eye contact, never said a word. And after two minutes I left. Stay away from this place service is awful! And this was 1 PM in the afternoon not five minutes before closing.

  Another CAVA location. The food was good overall, although they had run out of a few items, so I had to adjust my order based on what was available. What stood out more was that the employees did not seem particularly happy or engaged. Management, whatever you do, please remember that your people are one of your biggest assets. Take care of them and keep them happy—it really does affect the overall customer experience.

  5 stars for the food—a super good alternative fast-food option! The spot is nice, but they could improve table cleanliness a bit, and they could definitely be a little more generous with the toppings (more like Chipotle xd). What stood out: Braised Lamb: I usually don’t like lamb, but this had incredible flavor—highly recommend! Classic Pita Chips: Super good as well. The service is good overall, but since it was my first time, I didn’t fully understand how the ordering process worked. The staff could be a little more helpful in explaining things to newcomers. Despite those small things, I’d definitely come back!

  Visited for lunch on 7/27 and the only friendly person working here was the young girl at the cash register. I asked the guy making my bowl if he could remove the brown & slimy romaine from my bowl before it continued down the line. He had an attitude, didn’t say anything, then proceeded to show the bowl to everyone behind the counter as if I’m wrong for asking him to remove literally slimy old lettuce. He didn’t even apologize. We had two bowls that weren’t even halfway filled and barely had grains or greens. Everyone else working here had an attitude, and it was just not a friendly or welcoming environment. I recommend better customer service training for these employees.
