  Just another fast food burrito. The chicken is dry as saw dust and steak was soaking in some kinda liquid. For a $14 burrito. Plenty of better options

  It was my first time at the store. The food looked really fresh and colorful. The atmosphere was pleasant and the employee making the food took care in preparing the food and had time to be friendly. I will definitely go back to try the food.

  They had plenty of options in protein, veggies, sauces. I liked that they had variety of hot sauces available. Moreover, everything tasted fresh.

  The staff are friendly and the food is fabulous! Also, the restaurant is very clean and the food is fresh!

  Absolutely horrible customer service. I was excited this place is by my new job, so I downloaded the app before ordering so I’d start getting rewards. I was looking forward to being a frequent flyer. The 2 older employees working were clearly annoyed I didn’t walk right up and order right away. There was no one in the building so i wasn’t disrupting anything. When I walked to the counter I asked for a moment to read the menu as I had never been there, I was met with a loud sigh…. So I hurried and just picked something. I did note I was sensitive to spice and was told with a big attitude nothing was spicy (when marketing all over the place talked about hot sauce- which is why I asked. I already hate being an inconvenience, so the rudeness made me feel horrible unnecessarily). I order an $18 bowl with chips and when checking out the older lady was incredibly rude when I asked to scan my app for points. I said thank you and told her to have a great day and that I looked forward to returning…. Which was met with zero response and a scowl. The pico and pickled onions were super spicy for some reason and made the whole bowl inedible for me as I have some dental issues that make my mouth sensitive. Other than that it seemed the food was absolutely delicious- but I ended up trashing it as the employees attitudes and the super spicy add ons ruined the whole experience and I wanted nothing to do with that place. I highly suggest you save your money unless you enjoy leaving establishments feeling bad about yourself.
