She says $25, I say, I haven’t ordered yet, we don’t have headsets and the AI does everything. I order, they then tell me that they’re out of biscuits at noon! Famous biscuits? Non existent. They hand me my food after another 5 minutes, another 5 minutes goes by before I get my coffee.

I ordered our food, 15 min into waiting a man that was ahead of us got his food and said “good luck” and left. Shortly after a woman asked what I was waiting for, when I told her the blueberry biscuits she said “oh they are going to have to make some we don’t have anymore” I was ok with waiting. I said I can wait. We hit the 30min mark and she says “do you just want to get something else…? “ The Person assembling the food was clearly angry and sloppily threw a few items together I had a handful of people come in after me and then get their food part of my order waiting and getting cold. I don’t recommend this palace especially if you are in a hurry.

To make matters worse, the dining area was filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.

Didn't see any of them do any work the entire time we were inside.

Staff were pleasant, but instead of working they were sharing snacks in back and socializing. Staff handed us two sandwiches, we had two separate orders. When I asked which sandwich was which, her response was, “I have no idea, they are wrapped in the same paper,” and then walked away. We were not in a hurry, but this was a bit ridiculous, horrible customer service all around. Will not ever be back.
