  I couldn’t give 0 stars all the way around! My very first time ever trying Arby’s but I always see a line of cars so I figured why not! Immediately told the I have a lettuce allergy 3 times! Asked them to make sure if they made a go please remake my sandwich just don’t try peeling lettuce off! Asked them for mayo no honey mustard! First thing grab a fry they aren’t even hot like they had been sitting!! Open my sandwich and immediately had to grab my EpiPen why because it’s overloaded with lettuce! Now I’m not one to complain but I mean geesh do they know what it means when someone say they have a serious allergy to something! So ended up throwing the whole bag of food in the garbage cause my husband doesn’t eat lettuce either because of my allergies and his was piled high with them as well!

  So if you don’t want to work, I totally get it but the young man (and I say that loosely because he doesn’t deserve a formal title) scrolling on his phone being a complete jerk, fast food may not be for you. Being rude to someone who is rude to you is fine but being rude to every customer because you are tired of unacceptable. Yall literally tossed the fries in backwards and copped an attitude over sauce…please do better.

  Ordered 2 #1 combos at the drive thru. Cold food, no napkins. Just terrible. 23
