  This location continues to disappoint. Unfortunately if you travel through JI this is your only option for Arby's. They continuously get the order wrong and don't care. Not going back to this location. I ordered the new cheesesteak w/o onions (allergies) through the online order and despite the explicit instructions they still got it wrong. Saw them staring at me through the drive through window like they knew they were giving me the wrong order. Good luck if you order through the drive thru.

  Service was prompt with friendly staff, but my stomach immediately started hurting after eating my food. Next morning I was throwing up. I ordered the beef and cheddar sandwich, so it was either the meat or cheese. Taste was completely fine, so I wouldn't have expected that. I think it was food poisoning.

  Went in for a takeout order. Purchased the chicken salad sandwich because it's a seasonal item and I have always enjoyed it. What I got today was extremely disappointing. Ones I've gotten in the past have been thick and full of chicken. This one was pathetic. And I paid $7 for this. Really?

  This is literally the worst Arby’s around.They take no pride in themselves and serve old food always.Every single time it’s wrong or bad.Very frustrating and unprofessional.Stay away from this place.

  I can't really rate the food because the taste is just subjective, it's not really my taste but my boyfriend liked it a lot. It depends if you like Arby's or not :D It was prepared well, and came fast. The service was very good, Michael who was working the register was such a friendly and lovely guy, just an overall sweetheart. He brought the food to our table and was a very pleasant experience. Also, all tables were completely clean, it was the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to in the US. Usually in other chains/restaurants all tables are sticky with crumbs, but everything was clean & the condiments well stocked. Will probably be going back if in the area again! Thank you Michael!
