  I ordered a triple double crunchwrap, baja blast, and sauce packets. I instead received a crunchwrap supreme missing sour cream, cheese sauce, and was not pressed. Also missing the sauce packets as ordered. It took 20 minutes to have my drink be the only correct item, and that was after reminding them. Additionally, the drive through attendant appeared to be under the influence, was handling personal phone with his gloves, and setting phone down on food preparation surfaces.

  I ordered through DoorDash tonight, and whoever was working the night shift seriously needs to be held accountable. I ordered a Chicken Cantina Bowl with nothing removed, along with Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes. Somehow, my potatoes arrived with no cheese or toppings at all, and they were hard as a rock. My bowl was just a sad little container of lettuce and cheese with a few pieces of steak — and I didn’t even order steak. There was no rice, no sour cream, and no beans. Half of the ingredients were completely missing. To make things worse, I tried calling the store multiple times, and nobody answered the phone. Y’all let it ring over and over even though you still had an hour left before closing. This was honestly terrible service and a complete waste of money

  This was a clean and nice Taco Bell but to my surprise they were really rude about me mentioning the single cup of cheese they forgot to put in my bag. Ended up not even getting it and they acted like I was trying to jip them for a single cup of cheese I paid for. Suprised me for sure

  Cruel policies with moving goalposts. We understood the restroom is for paying customers. While placing a large order we asked for the keys for the child with us who desperately needed to use it. We were told by the man working we need to complete the purchase first. We completed the purchase and asked for the key. He then said he has to see it on his screen- making sure we waited longer. Moving goalposts. Horrible customer service with a child suffering because of it. We will never be back to a place with a complete lack of human decency.

  This location locks the bathroom and will NOT let you use the key if it’s near closing time OR until they see your order on their screen. My child desperately needed to go with my wife accompanying as I was keying a $60 order into the kiosk for the large group with us. We asked nicely and they said no, we asked while keying in the order and they said no, we asked again after we’d placed the order and paid, and they STILL said no until it showed up on their screen. The ownership or management must threaten staff here with allowing customers in the bathroom to drive this behavior. It clearly faces some patrons that abuse the restroom, but the staff needs to be trained and empowered to use discretion to allow true customers to use the bathroom, particularly in an emergency situation with a child. Food was as expected, but the staff’s attitude and bathroom decisions ruined the experience and we will not return.
