Was asked to pull up to wait on the sandwich (didn’t mind waiting) however I waited close to 15 minutes. Got my food and my fries were super cold, no warmth at all. Circled the building and went inside and waited some more even though there was no line ahead of me. Young girl said “you trying to order or something?” As I’m standing there with my bag in hand. I explained I had just been waiting in the drive thru and was just wondering if I could have a different order of fries because mine were cold. Her response was “what you mean they’re cold?” In a rude tone. I responded “they’re super cold, you can touch them and feel.” She grabbed them out of my hand and walked away and said “well I just put another batch down” however a young gentleman walked over at the same time and handed me a warm order of fries and was polite. She was super rude.
