  This Sonic used to be awesome when it first opened. My husband and I get ice cream here at least once or twice a week and it has just been going downhill so I feel it’s time to leave a review. I placed an app order tonight at 7:20. Ish and the app said it would be ready at 7:27. I get there at 7:33 and the line is wrapped around the building and not moving for several minutes. So I go to a stall as the app suggests. At 7:45 it says someone was on the way with my order and they never showed up. I pressed the button multiple times and no one ever answered. I eventually had to go inside to get my order which I didn’t even receive until 805 and the ice cream blasts dont even have toppings anymore and they just have a regular lid on them so you aren’t even really getting the blast experience lol a waste of time and money. We will be going somewhere else from now on unfortunately.

  I guess I have to write a comment because I can’t get in contact with no one from the store, but I came around 5 o’clock This evening it was no traffic. I was working a double and one a three piece chicken tender I waited over 10 minutes and once I got my food on the way to work I realized they were owed. I waited over 10 minutes almost being late for work and can’t even contact nobody for no one to be in there really upset me.

  Slow, slow, slow. Waited over five minutes for someone to take our order. The food itself took just over 20 minutes to arrive, and on top of that, my hamburger was lukewarm at best. Plus the got my drink wrong. What a terrible way to run a store.
