- JKJacob Jordan King3 days ago4.0Krispy Kreme is hard to beat when it comes to fresh donuts 🍩🔥 The quality is consistently strong, and when they’re hot and fresh, they’re easily some of the best around. That said, the overall experience can be hit or miss. Service at the counter and drive-thru can be inconsistent, and prices have crept up enough that it makes frequent visits harder to justify. Still, for the donuts alone, it’s a reliable treat when you’re craving something sweet 👍

Food good, but service extremely slow (waited in line in store for 1/2 hour) employees were slow, indifferent, ands unhurried there was NO COFFEE! there were NO CINN APPLE donuts! no plastic forks. I have been there before. This is a good place but the service this past Sat. was very poor.

I decided to go in, it was 2 buyers in front of me but when the guy got to me he didn't come back to the counter he went in the back and started doing other things.. it was about 20 people in line waiting before some other worker wonder why he walked away from the line like that. Was very odd. I don't understand it. But I got my doughnuts and got out of there. Its some very odd people in this world, I don't understand what his problem was.

Then more people come in and stand in another area. No one greets us. But they see us. Proceeds to completely skip over me and my husband to go to the other couple there’s no rhyme or reason or organization in this place
