  I am disappointed with the customer service I continue to receive at this Food Lion location. During my most recent visit, I stood at the customer service desk for an extended period while two employees were present on the floor. Neither employee acknowledged or greeted me, despite clearly seeing that I was waiting for assistance. One employee in particular appeared to notice me, yet chose to continue cleaning her register and turned her back toward me rather than offering assistance. Eventually, another employee came to help me. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this behavior from the same individual. What is especially concerning is that I have personally witnessed this employee greet and assist customers who arrived after me, while consistently failing to acknowledge me. This pattern has happened multiple times and has also been experienced by a friend of mine. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with the same level of courtesy and respect as everyone else. I do not make accusations lightly, but after repeated experiences of being ignored while others are promptly greeted and assisted, it has become difficult not to question whether discriminatory treatment may be a factor. I hope management takes this concern seriously and addresses the issue so that all customers are treated fairly, professionally, and with respect.

  Well stocked store. Meat department man was very helpful.. as always. Younger man .

  If you're looking for the meat that's on sale, go elsewhere, the butchers at this location are incapable keeping shelves stocked. More interested in socializing and listening to earbuds. Also, a butcher shouldn't have a pony tail without a hair net while handling meat.
