- LBLetitia Bullock2 days ago1.0Poor service delivered with poor attitude. When I arrived, the woman who was supposed to be at the cash register was sitting at a table on her phone and appeared annoyed that I interrupted her. I ordered coffee. She began to speak with another employee right after she gave me my order total. While she was speaking to the other employee, I put the cash on the counter. I went to the pick up end of the counter. I waited and waited as I watched her move around. How long does it take to pour coffee? When I asked her, she said, "Oh no you were rude, you slid the money to me on the counter!" I walked back down to the register, picked up the money and put it in her hand. Only then did she proceed to pour my coffee(!). This employee had an extremely poor attitude. My advice, after looking at all the other reviews once I wrote mine, is DON'T go to this Dunkin Donuts store if you want good service.

- BRBre RobertsonMay 31, 20262.0Went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order and we could hear and see through the window that one of the workers was sitting in the kitchen screaming and cussing into her phone while the only other worker scrambled to make our order. There were some mistakes made with our order because he was clearly overwhelmed while she was sitting and yelling for over 5 minutes.
