  I stopped by pretty early in the morning to get some breakfast. They were fast. The food was okay. Not bad, not great. There weren’t really any pleasantries. I got breakfast for myself and 2 other people and every additional order I added the person taking my order sounded less enthusiastic to the point of reaching monotone. I got 3 breakfast sandwiches with bacon, one was diff from the other 2, it’s bigger and comes on different bread and stuff. It’s fine, I know it’s early, and you don’t even have to particularly be nice to me. But it really seemed this person just hated her job. I would understand if she was slammed. But I was the only person in line and I told her to take her time, I’m not in hurry.

  The worse dunkin in the area. I will go out of my way to avoid going to this dunkin. Always messing up my order and always rude service

  It’s always something with this unit whether it’s not opening on time,not having ingredients(I.e. cold brew coffee,liquid sugar etc) , or hell today I placed a mobile order went to pick it up. and they didn’t have cups.. not just a specific size cup that I ordered … I mean they had no cups at all. The people are nice but, Once again throughly disappointed by this unit

  First and last google review i’ll ever leave on a restaurant but my experience here justifies it all. Firstly i ordered the $6 meal deal and instead of honoring the deal the worker charged everything separate. My total ended up being $12. I didn’t say anything because i’m not the type to start an issue over $6. Anyways. After waiting around 10 minutes (store was empty) i get my bag and walk out. When i get to the car i realize there’s no hashbrowns in the bag. Once again whatever i’m not going back. Then i open the sandwich and am greeted to a sausage egg and cheese instead of bacon. After prying the gray piece of “meat” off the sandwich i ate it. The rest is history i’ve been on the toilet 6 times pretty sure i got food poisoning. Thanks Dunkin hope you enjoyed my $12 cause it’s the last of my money you’ll ever receive.

  I’m really disappointed with my experience here. Customer service matters a lot, especially when you work in the food industry, and this place completely missed the mark. No greeting, no smile, not even a simple “welcome” just a cold and unwelcoming attitude from the start. I asked about an iced latte flavor I had seen online, and instead of trying to help or explain, the staff responded in a rude and dismissive way. What really crossed the line was hearing one of the employees go outside and loudly complain about customers “asking for weird drinks” while on the phone. That was extremely unprofessional and honestly disrespectful. I work in a restaurant myself, so I understand how important it is to treat customers with kindness and patience. That’s why I usually enjoy going to places like Dunkin’ where they at least try to be friendly. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. This will be my last time coming here. I hope management takes customer service more seriously, because no one deserves to feel judged or unwelcome just for asking a question.
