  Employees frequently use profanity and cuss while preparing customers’ drinks, which I find extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable. I also feel that the overall customer service at this location is unacceptable. The manager has been particularly rude and disrespectful toward me on multiple occasions. Most recently, I asked her politely if she could remake my drink because it did not taste right. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she became loud, started yelling at me, and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I was simply asking for my drink to be corrected and did not feel that I deserved to be treated that way. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, especially when speaking directly with a manager. Customers should not have to deal with employees cussing while preparing food and drinks or managers becoming aggressive when a legitimate concern is brought to their attention. I would appreciate it if this situation addressed appropriately. I hope Dunkin takes customer concerns seriously and ensures that employees and management are held to a professional standard.

  Stopped to get a coffee and breakfast this morning at 6:28 and there was no one there. The store opens at 6. Very disappointing.

  Drink was completely wrong, asked for a strawberry dragonfruit refresher, got just lemonade. Got a bagel with cream cheese, only for there to be a whopping tablespoon of cream cheese. I would put a photo but I don’t usually write reviews unless they pmo enough and i dont know how, so good job guys 🫩

  Went here wanting breakfast but instead had a sandwich and bagel that smelled and tasted like Clorox. Ordered hash browns that were soggy and undercooked.

  This concerns the Owner, then it will concern the health department. I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this location. I’ve been to several other Dunkin stores in the area, and while they’re not perfect, they’re nowhere near as bad as this one. This location isn’t just the worst it’s below rock bottom. From the moment you walk in, it feels like customers are an inconvenience. Nearly every employee has an attitude, nobody communicates, and customer service seems completely nonexistent. It’s as if professionalism was never part of the hiring process. Half the staff is glued to their phones instead of doing their jobs. Employees with long acrylic nails can barely work the register, yet somehow that’s the least of the problems. I watched the employee making sandwiches walk outside to smoke, come back in, and go right back to preparing food without washing his hands. Isn’t this a health code violation, something for the health department should look into?That’s absolutely unacceptable. The work area is covered with employees’ personal belongings. Is this a restaurant or a picnic table? There seems to be no sense of cleanliness, organization, or pride in the workplace. The appearance of the staff is equally unprofessional. Pants hanging halfway down, exposing underwear while serving food, seriously? There doesn’t appear to be any dress code or management enforcing basic standards. Then there’s the store itself. It’s dirty, it smells bad, sticky floors with coffee and sugar and on the counter tables, tin cups not washed after use. They use the same filthy mixing cups or tin cups for every single order, and somehow they’re always out of the most basic items. How do you walk into a Dunkin at 9 in the morning and they’re already out of donuts? That’s one of the most popular items they sell. At this point, it’s not even about the food anymore. It’s about the complete lack of standards, management, and accountability. This location reflects a company that seems to have stopped caring about quality. If you hire people who aren’t trained, don’t supervise them, and don’t expect professionalism, this is exactly the result you get. This Dunkin has become an embarrassment to the brand. If corporate truly cares about its reputation, they need to take a serious look at this location because it’s easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had.
