  My son and I grabbed something for dinner tonight, 5/16/26. We got supremes, Mac and cheese and dirty rice. Mac was dry, rice was lackluster. The star of the show, the supremes, had blood in it. Not a drop, literally dripping out the sides of it. If you don't want to expose your children to anything that will hurt them, or get you sick, do NOT go to this specific location5

  I was standing inside this restaurant with five other customers and the manager was running drive-through and there was a biscuit maker running drive-through and another person running drive-through and the manager said I’m going back-and-forth sir. I’ll be there in a minute. I had already been there seven minutes when I had asked her about when she was gonna wait on us and she kept replying that she was the only one that could do a cashier job and she clearly had not been upfront to check on any of the six customers that were there and potentially four of those customers walked out, and there was only two customers left, and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with Bojangles

  Standing here for 30 min on Mother’s Day . No slaw, chicken cooking. Only one other person was here when I arrived. One man came into the dining room saying he was sitting for 20 min waiting on sausage biscuits in the drive through. He received blank stares when he asked about them. Order after order came in and no chicken was coming out. My dirty rice was getting cold waiting. The restaurant was dirty and people moving in the “I don’t really care” fashion. I should have gone somewhere else. I have family at home waiting on dinner. One would think a manager would be here organizing the staff.

  Greatest Bojangles I’ve ever been to, seriously. Lived here for about 6 years and never have i been to a fast food restaurant this great, they sometimes even remember my order. The employees are great and rarely they get my order slightly wrong but no one’s perfect. Greatest Bojangles in the world has ever seen.

  For 15 years I have considered this the best Bojangles that I've ever gone to have always loved it but I just don't know what's happened recently. That has changed dramatically. Just went in ordered four breasts to go got home and they were all burnt. While I waited the young boy working the counter was complaining how nothing was ready there was no rice the tea was out on the floor and there was no ice in the dispenser. A family came in after me waited around for someone to take their order even asking that boy and he said oh that's me and then just went and continued ignoring them until finally they walked out. I do not know what has happened to my favorite Bojangles but I guess I now have to cross it off of my list. I am truly disappointed.
