    Only issue is wait at drive thru. Food is good friendly staff. Good service but appears understaffed. They were hustling but just not enough staff.

    My husband and I arrived and pulled into the stall and went to the bathrooms, both of which were disgusting. As we prepared to order, we hit the button and waited, and someone asked us to pull through the drive though. We did and ordered, we both got American Bacon Triple Smashers with tots and drinks. We read the receipt once we pulled forward, $40 for that. We noticed they charged $1.70 extra per burger to “add bacon” to a bacon triple smasher. We asked the employee about the charge but she didn’t know what the burger was supposed to have on it because she “doesn’t eat at Sonic”. They asked us to pull forward and we did, waited over 15 minutes and a man comes out and asks us what our order was. We told him and he left and someone else came back with our order. The tots were room temp, the burgers were cool to the touch, and the complete wrong order, and there were no straws in the bag. My husband asked for straws, and let them know that everything was cold and wrong. They did offer to remake our burgers, which was kind of them, and handed my husband a literal handful of straws. The employees were apathetic and unpleasant, but did correct the issue when we spoke up. Overall, this was not a $40 experience, and I think I’ll go down the street to McDonalds on my next road trip through.

    They need to adjust their hours for when they're actually open, because they were not open when they were supposed to be. Probably hire bare minimum of staff.
