  This place has severely fell off since they first opened, I used to come all time and would have no problem, now all of a sudden im missing items from my bag, food wasnt made correct, and the lack of service. When a costumer complains that yall missed an item we should not be able to see your manager rolling her eyes in a disrespectful manner. Just fix the issue and go about your business, as someone who works in fast food i know what good service is and that wasnt it, I was respectful and polite the entire time as I know what it like. The young lady who serviced me was polite to me though but the manager was simply disrespectful just for rolling her eyes about a mistake in MY order. Do better.

  The Store manager is rude and very unprofessional. She has no business being a manager. She needs to learn how to speak to people and treat them the right way seeing we the customers pay her check! But she is ridiculous and RUDE!

  Typical Taco Bell atmosphere employees rude as hell don’t give a damn to be there got my fiancé some food tonight she opened her food and the chicken stacker looked like it was just thrown together potatoes bowls was like they scrapped the bottom of the pan. Or the potatoes have been there all day. Nobody wants to eat rocks

  I attempted to order 2 luxe meals... the total was $24. They did not mention that there are 3 different luxe meals and simply charged for theosg expensive. The attendant had a poor attitude when I wanted the basic luxe meal. Perhaps having the meals on the menu in the drive thru would be helpful.

  Why are you so mad that customers ordered food? I genuinely do not understand…only received half my order and was I did receive look hardly edible. The Mexican pizza was crushed flat and stuck to the lid so I couldn’t even eat it. My soft taco was literally leaking because SO many tomatoes were put on it and our quesadillas had paper stuck to them that I couldn’t even peel off. This location is only going to continue to go down hill very quickly.
