  We went through the drive-thru earlier tonight and the lady taking our order was very rude. After every item she asked "is that it?". She did not ask for our drink sizes and after I had tried to order a milkshake and she told me the machine was off, she told us the total and to pull up to the window before we had a chance to order something different. I asked the other person in my car if they wanted anything else anyways and she just repeated to pull up. The food was okay but they didn't make my drink right (charged us for strawberries but did not add any) and we didn't get any napkins. Horrible service.

  The first time I came my milkshakes were not even mixed properly it tasted like straight syrup. Called cool they offer a remake, go to get said remake and the worker had a piss poor attitude and I ended up with just a plain vanilla milkshake when I ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. I’ve never had this experience in the past here but it has for sure gone down hill. Please do better

  Our ice cream was good, but the service was poor. Employees seemed extremely disengaged and would not even respond to basic courtesies like thank you. Employees were also setting off their car alarms over and over in the parking lot as what was maybe a joke as we were all sitting out in our cars going through the line having to hear multiple cars honking constantly.

  They most definitely need way better employees at this location because the current employees seem to not know what customer service is. The young lady who handed me my food outside was rude and talking on her phone while dealing with customers instead of fully focusing on her job. I looked in the building and others were sitting around, talking, and laughing as well. Also, I was in line waiting for my food for a good five to ten minutes. When I got my food, it wasn’t even fresh. It was cold unfortunately. Just ridiculous. I will not be back to this location at all.

  Its 21 August @1930. Just sat at your drive thru fro 5 mins while no one greeted me. No line at all. I pulled up and 3 female employees were all sitting and texting. Pathetic. Please management. Look back at the sec film and you will see. Meanwhile I'm at culvert. Mmmm
