  So. I was craving the chicken Alfredo and went in and ordered it. I was told that I got six bread sticks with it (I only got five). I asked three times about a cup of pizza sauce to dunk them in. The woman taking my order replied, "It comes with one." I replied, "Great twenty minutes?" She responded, "Yes." I came back to get my food it was wrapped in a plastic bag and she had to go around to the back of the hotbox. I asked her twice again about the sauce and she said it was in with the Alfred chicken. I got back to my hotel room and absolutely no sauce. I offered to buy a cup. She responded, no it's in there. Now anyone who works there knows the container fits perfectly in the box. I haven't gotten this from pizza hut in two years. So, obviously the management doesn't know how to train their employees to where they are knowledgeable about everything, or that girl is just a lying person that doesn't give a crap about her job. I would say double check every part of your orders at the store off hw9 in Boiling Springs South Carolina.

  I think they could make this place something better... MANAGEMENT sucks! If you dont have enough employees close the damn doors. Why stay open??? Complete shit show.

  Plan to show up 30-45 mins after it says it should be ready. Ordered the first time and waited 45 mins after I showed up. The second time I came later to make sure it’s ready to pick up and go to only be told it’s another 30 mins. When asked to cancel the guy said ok, then asked if I want a refund. Of course I want a refund for a pizza I’m not getting. Won’t be going back.

  Usually I would not rate this low for pizza hut because everytime I've been it has been amazing however tonight I ordered my pizza at 4:48 an my pizza was not ready until 6pm. Then once I got home two of my personal pizzas didn't have the correct toppings on them! I can definitely tell there is a new crew working in there instead of the regular one I am use to.
