- JNJ NavJun 18, 20263.0We really like the coffee and our drinks are always made consistent - we come several times a week. But they REALLY need to evaluate their processes. Speed being #1. We’ve tried to be patient during the transition and onboarding of new staff but it’s been months now and it’s getting worse, not better. The lane merge is awful. Staff coming car to car to take orders in the blistering heat, no fans, no misters, no shade - is HORRIBLE. Once they take your order and you pay, you’re stuck in line - I’ve sat several times for 45 mins+. Staff tries to be friendly but often times the “conversation” is fake and disingenuous and as a customer, I recognize they’re only trying to converse because someone told them they have to. I’d much rather they focused on orders. More and more frequently, I’m being handed my drink that’s dripping and when I ask for a napkin it’s an inconvenience - trust me, I’m NOT trying to slow the line!!! We really like Dutch, but without improvements they’re going to struggle as more competition comes to the area.

Hands down the best coffee I’ve had. Their prices are great compared to other local franchises like Starbucks. I highly recommend trying it! If you want to try what I get order a large iced German chocolate breve, add salted Carmel, line the cup with Carmel and add salted Carmel soft top! You won’t be disappointed ☺️

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
