    I really enjoy going to the Dutch Bros most of the time and I go here often but I do have to say that the service is insanely slow. I order online almost every day and very rarely is it ever actually ready at the time they say it is and there are even times where I will be waiting almost 15 minutes for a drink. When I order ahead and go to the walk up window instead of sitting in the drive-through line, that’s 20 cars long I would certainly expect my drink to be done quicker, but apparently this is not the case. They really need to get faster and better at this location. I know that they just introduced mobile order like a few weeks ago so I understand it can be hard, but I have been to several different Dutch Bros in the area and this one is probably one of the slowest if I’m being honest. If you have to be anywhere quick and you’re just stopping for something fast and easy, don’t go here. You will not get there in time.

    I usually don't leave any negative reviews. Regarding the coffee, the coffee tastes okay. But when it comes to service, it's just unbelievable horror. Yesterday when I arrived at Dutch Bros at 5pm there were 5 cars in line and it took 25 minutes to wait for 2 lattes. Then after we were already in line, 17 cars gathered after us in line and what's interesting is that no one was in a hurry with customer service, but there was always a question about the tipping of employees. My question is, what do you expect after such service? Wish you best of luck in your future business!

    The drinks were really good. The line was long but moved pretty quickly. The baristas were very friendly.

    I’m from Washington but I know that the Dutch bros on the west coast doesn’t take over 25 mins to stand in line not even order. This happens all the time. Like why does it take so long when there’s only three cars ahead of me? Why are we all standing for 25 mins in line and no one is coming out to take the order. Honestly if this happens once I understand but this is every day. It’s honestly getting tiring. The employees are either just babbling and not working bc there should be no reason it takes this long when Starbucks can have 3x longer the line and still be faster

    Every single time I come here, it's a minimum 10 minute wait for a drink, half the time there's no one outside taking order, and most times I end up waiting closer to 20 minutes. I love the drinks but man the service is slow...doesn't matter how slow or busy the line is, orders take entirely too long..have been here over 10 minutes tonight, only seen the linebuster once, and still haven't had my order or the 7 other car's orders taken
