Stood outside at the window for 30 minutes still didn’t get my drink I had already paid for. There was still the same 4 people standing in front of me when I walked up to the window. I ended up leaving without my drink because I had somewhere to be. There needs to be some more communication and or two to work walk up window and the rest work drive thru window… people who ended up in the drive through after I was at window shouldn’t be getting there drink before me or others.

let me start by saying this: the line was maybe 20 cars long, which is super short for this place. i got there and didn’t move in the line for 20 minutes. finally got to order.. didn’t move for another 10 minutes. it is so slow even though they’ve been open for months at this point. i ended up having to leave my drink bc i would’ve been late had i not. mind you, i got there over an hour before where i needed to be. like don’t get me wrong, the drinks are great and all, but the fact i had to wait 45 minutes and still ended up with nothing makes it not worth it at all

This visit was I believe to be the worst location I have ever been to . The drive through is slow and the line was around two other businesses. So I drove up to a parking and my daughter walked up to their window she was second in line to place her order. There was eight people already waiting for the drinks they had already paid for. It took them almost fifteen minutes to actually take my daughter's order. Two single drink orders for two people took them fifteen minutes. Well at this point I actually started a stop watch timer just to see how bad this could get. I sat there and watched them run thirty five cars through their drive through and in the same amount of time four walk up customers got their drinks. They apparently have no care for a customer that walks up to their window at all. For my daughter to actually get her drink. It took an hour and seven minutes 29 seconds . Hell I could have drove up the road gone to Starbucks stood inside in their lines one to pay then the one to wait and driven back to get my daughter and still have been waiting on this location to even start the drink. Once you pay your stuck waiting to get your drink . I doubt they would never be willing or having someone to even refund your money but they don't speed up for the walk up customers. The drive up customers are apparently the only ones that matter to them at all. I told my daughter I will never wait that long for a iced tea again. I will drive the extra 15 miles to take out to seven brew who care about their customers whether they are driving up or walking up. Their drinks taste better and are larger than Dutch bros and just about same price .but definitely a whole lot faster , and with better attitude toward the customers.

This was my and my bf’s first time to Dutch after being frequent goers to the Clutch that this building used to be, so it had big shoes to fill. My biggest complaint is that there is no chairs of any kind whatsoever outside of the walk up order area (Clutch had 4 or 6 huge wooden ones). While my bf and I were there, several people were using the walk up order area, so many of us just sat on the concrete or curb if we didn’t want to stand around. Not only is this impractical and inconvenient, it is also an atmosphere killer that feels unwelcoming. Furthermore, the walk up experience is harmed by the lack of menu. Sure, yes, it is normal for coffee shops to have a hyper-generalized menu listed that doesn’t capture every single customization, but all this listed is its limited time drinks, so maybe it was just a wall space used for advertisements instead of a menu. I hope the decision makers of the company sees this review to know that chairs and a bigger menu are needed for the walk up customers. My bf and I got the menu information for Dutch online where I got my free medium drink welcome offer from the app. Dutch’s Google business listing advertises Order Ahead, but the app does not yet offer that option. It is not good for a business to advertise something that they truly do not have. Despite these negative issues, I was highly pleased with the fast and friendly customer service and the speed of receiving my order despite how busy they were. The establishment was clean and orderly. The drinks themselves were correct and very delicious (I had a sugar free iced white mocha made with coconut milk: very smooth with subtle sweetness). I enjoyed using the app. I will be coming again in the future.

Honestly, I wanted to try Dutch Bros a couple times before leaving a review. Unfortunately, the first time, the drive through line was long, so I went to the walk up window because no one was in line there. Although, my drink was made rather quickly, I wasn't able to get it because the girl at the window kept talking to someone else, while my drink sat there for 15+minutes. The second time I went to visit, the drive through line was rather short, but it also took over 15min to make a simple drink. And honestly, the coffee isn't that great. I miss the old Clutch and their coffee.
