- DKDon KeoghAug 13, 20261.0Absolutely criminal customer service. Basically got yelled at and berated by the person at the drive thru intercom, and that was when they ever felt like communicating. At the window the staff were having a yelling discussion about some nonsense with “Fraggle Rock” and the rude lady had to yell it into my face and never actually interacted with me except to hand me a badly made coffee. I’ve seen comedians make skits parodying bad customer service and they weren’t as creatively tortuous as this experience!

They’re consistently out of donuts which… isn’t that your whole thing? We went the other night an hour before close and were told they were cleaning the machines. We were given the choice to either wait 8 minutes for the machine to stop self cleaning so they could make our drink or they could refund us. We just decided to get a refund because we could tell they didn’t want to make the drink. Shouldn’t that be a big no no to shut down machines that early? I get it was an hour before close but still. I could see this happening 10 minutes before, but an hour? Very disappointing.

I order it the same and it always tastes drastically different every time. I know there’s a standard to which the drinks have to be made so if they are following that standard then it should taste relatively close to the same each time.
