- DJDestanee Jones3 days ago1.0I ordered for pick up 05/16 the kids were begging for pizza…. not even several hours later WE were throwing it right back up!!! yes FOOD POSIONING!!! and i know it’s from this stores food because that was the only meal I myself had that day!! awful!!!

We were told they were having issues and we could not get the 50% off pizza deal, because it was only on line. We put in an order for delivery, we're from out of town at a hotel 5 minutes away. After no delivery after an hour, I called to check the status of our order and was told she (Ann) accidentally put the pizza in carry out an she'd send it out by the next driver. So 45 minutes later we get a call, it rings once and then hangs up. I called back and was then told by Ann (who said shes the manager) that they don't deliver where we are. This was after an ALMOST 2 HOUR WAIT! Had i not called back, we would have been still waiting! This is the most incompetent, unprofessional experience I've had! Ann, Annie, whatever your name is, you have no business being a manager of any establishment. You didn't even have the decency to call us back and let us know that we would not be receiving our order. Is this how you all handle business in Spartanburg?Common sense, is not COMMON!!!

The staff were friendly we ordered 3 large pizzas and two different things of bread sticks. Everything was great until we actually ate the pizza. I'm sorry to be negative but it was absolutely disgusting and the bread sticks had no flavor and were hard. Great deals but the quality was horrible. We order pizza once a week and this family pizza night was a no go. Hopefully it will improve in the future but I doubt I will spend money to risk it for a (hope) it's good.
