I had a mobile order and I didn’t have to wait even 2 minutes for them to come take my order. Maximum 5 minutes in the drive thru. Ashley was very sweet and the girl giving out the order was also very friendly and had the sweetest smile. Altogether it was great. Food was also placed neatly into the bag everything I ordered and it tasted heavenly. 10/10

When I arrived, instead of honoring what they said on the phone, the employee tried to charge me for a new order. The issue wasn’t the mix‑up, it was the lack of follow‑through and the confusion between staff. It ended up wasting my time and left me feeling like customer service just wasn’t a priority today.
