  Mash potatoes were cold. Mac and cheese was cold. Chicken was cold. I hope I don’t get sick. Quite amazing considering I sat and waited for my food for so long, I was sure it was being cooked and would be hot and fresh. Worse $25 spent ever.

  My wife went and picked us up some dinner this evening on her way home. I have worked many years for Bojangles when I was younger so I know to always ask for fresh breakfast items in the evening. Unfortunately my wife does not. So she got us two Cajun filet on a bun (old chicken sandwich) and these Cajun Filets were probably sitting in their containers for 4-6 hours if I had to guess just based off the texture and coloration. The standard hold time is 30 minutes and should have been cook to order for the evening. She also waited 15 minutes for our food and everything was old. Extremely poor service and waste of money. 0/5 if possible. Extremely unsanitary to have 4 hour+ chicken sitting and then serving it to someone. I never leave reviews, but this was absolutely unacceptable.

  So, the Boiling Springs South Carolina Bojangles doesn't sell Cheddar Bo biscuits not do they sell grits both are common place in NC plus the AI that took my order had to get an employee when I ordered grits. I like Bojangles food and eat there fairly regularly but it's such a disappointment when traveling to find out that all restaurants don't carry the same item's. This no ding on the Boiling Springs location as the food we ordered was good, just the fact you can't get the same thing across all the restaurants.
