  I am writing this a one due to the service being crappy and the fact that all these complaints about this department or this Taco Bell has not been fixed. That's pretty pathetic that you would let your restaurant be rated at a one. And the fact that you let your food be served out nasty like this you ought to be ashamed as you use this business for nothing but grabbing a dollar from people has the window clerk ask me if I wanted to drink the syrup only from a slushie that's new that came out and said that it wasn't ready do I want that and of course nobody would. Got two large orders of nacho fries that were ice cold like they were almost out of the freezer I was charged for a steak five layer burrito and got the shredded beef instead of steak. I don't know why it's so hard to work fast food good job Taco Bell way to ruin people's favorite restaurant by using one that completely sucks all the way around and has reviews that reflect the Integrity of the owners of this place if its corporate y'all need to get off your butt and do your job and quit letting high school kids run you through

  Stopped here for “quick” meal, ordered on the app and waited half an hour in the store while everyone else was served. Staff was rude when asked about the meal.

  My experience was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The manager was extremely unprofessional and left me on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. While I was on hold, they apparently didn’t realize the hold music had stopped, and I could hear everything being said in the background. Employees were claiming I was lying, using profanity, and making disrespectful comments instead of handling my concern professionally. The level of customer service was unacceptable, and the lack of professionalism was shocking. No customer should ever have to listen to employees talk about them that way. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

  Stopped by around midnight and the chalupa shell was fresh and crispy! Usually, it's hit-or-miss at this hour depending on the location, so I was impressed.
