I told her when I placed the order it said ready in 1 hour. When I got there the inside was closed even though it said come inside to get my order and they didnt close for another 50 minutes. The girl at the drive through window said "why are they just driving up to the window like this" when she opened the window I said I had an online order. They had me pull in a parking spot. When I got home with my order my family size sides were half full, my sides were substituted without me even being told or asked and I was missing over half my biscuits. Also didnt receive the tea that comes with the family meal.

The line was 5 cars deep at this point. When I got to the window, I was told that the drive through was in fact working but and I would have to go back around to get back in line to wait to place my order.
