  Made an online order we sat in line for 30 minutes. Call them. They told us to either cancel the order or come in. Finally got through the drive-through line. They told us to just come in. It took them another 35 minutes to fix our food and we had to let them know that they were missing things we paid $40 unacceptable and being that I had already paid for a frozen drink they didn’t have any. I asked them for a large drink they wouldn’t give it to me. This was unbelievable if your short staff close the dining area and work, your drive-through

  Let me start off by saying my review might sound a little biased, but after thinking about it, not so much. I’ve been to the Taco Bell closest to me in Beaufort, SC and Lady’s Island, SC, and there’s just no comparison. This Taco Bell is on point... from taking your order to customer service. Whether you’re getting tacos, nacho fries, burritos, or any of the specialty items, nothing is ever dry. And if you order extra, you definitely get exactly what you asked for.

  This place is awful. It's being run by unsupervised Kids! They have the worst customer service. I stood at the counter for a while before someone finally said that I had to order from the Kiosk. The kids(employees) were using profanity and being very unprofessional. If the owner wants this establishment to flourish I would suggest doing evaluations and hiring mature, professional and courteous staff.

  The WORST taco bell I have ever been to. I waited on the drive through line for THIRTY minutes and I was still 3 cars from the speaker. Only two cars made it to the speaker in those 30 minutes. I ended up just cancelling my order and leaving. I can’t even fathom why it would take that long. This is not the first time this has happened. Almost everytime I go to this location, the drive through line takes 45 minutes+. I haven’t been inside as I usually order ahead and plan to pick up in the drive through. However I’m so frustrated with how they are being run that I would rather go to another location and drive the extra distance. If you’re using the drive through, good luck.
