- DJDon Jordan3 days ago1.00 stars if I could. Whoever made our order over the weekend clearly gave up on quality control and took us down with them. My friend and I both got super sick shortly after eating just 2 slices of the sausage pizza. I’m not sure if that pizza had been sitting out under a heat lamp since they opened, but something was VERY wrong. Absolutely unacceptable. And somehow the rest of the order was just as offensive. The “cheesy” bacon breadsticks looked like y’all accidentally made a second pizza and forgot the cheese entirely — we didn’t even touch them because they genuinely looked inedible. The brownies looked like they’d been sitting in a display case all day, and to top it off… they WEREN’T EVEN CUT. At this point, I genuinely can’t tell if the weekend staff is just lazy or actively trying to lose customers. Either way, management might want to take a serious look at who’s working weekend nights, because that was absolutely terrible. I can’t believe how sick we got, especially the money we spent here - close to $100.

I called at 10:30 and was told my order was completed so they could refund or make another one that would take another 45min. I asked for a refund. The driver tells me at 10:50 he is still waiting on my order and that I have to call the store again to cancel. Waiting on hold for 7 min for the second time to cancel the order again. Poor customer service and communication.
