  Papa Johns is one of the few "safe foods" my autistic son will eat as far as take out is concerned. Getting it delivered is always an ordeal. The most common problem is the app stating it's delivered when it clearly is not, but it eventually shows up. Tonight however was beyond frustrating. I placed my order at 5:22pm. Delivery was outsourced through DoorDash and marked as delivered at 6:50. Ridiculously long wait time aside, the food was not delivered and the driver apparently was given the incorrect address. I now have a very disappointed little boy and have to wait for a refund.

  Drive 6 hours to bluffton for vacation. Ordered a carry out Hawaiian pizza. There's maybe 3 to 4 pieces of ham & pineapple on each slice little amount of cheese. Very dry. Called location and was told by the manager to just return with our existing to the location and they will make another. I asked if they can deliver a new pizza since we drive 6hrs. The worst pizza we have ever eaten. Manager stated no. I've been in the food industry for over 30yrs. Never would I leave a customer hanging. A manager/leader didn't even ask how they can make it right.

  0 stars if I could. Whoever made our order over the weekend clearly gave up on quality control and took us down with them. My friend and I both got super sick shortly after eating just 2 slices of the sausage pizza. I’m not sure if that pizza had been sitting out under a heat lamp since they opened, but something was VERY wrong. Absolutely unacceptable. And somehow the rest of the order was just as offensive. The “cheesy” bacon breadsticks looked like y’all accidentally made a second pizza and forgot the cheese entirely — we didn’t even touch them because they genuinely looked inedible. The brownies looked like they’d been sitting in a display case all day, and to top it off… they WEREN’T EVEN CUT. At this point, I genuinely can’t tell if the weekend staff is just lazy or actively trying to lose customers. Either way, management might want to take a serious look at who’s working weekend nights, because that was absolutely terrible. I can’t believe how sick we got, especially the money we spent here - close to $100.
