    Every staff member must survive on attitude and condescension. I have never encountered so many awful attitudes in my life. Also, dont be in a hurry.

    Preferably, I do not eat McDonald's; however my family does. Aside from being a loyal customer, I am a door dasher for this specific location. I must say, there are only (3) people I have interacted with who consistently provide exceptional customer service. Two ladies, are Managers (Melba & name unknown). The last lady is a crew member, (Dominiqua). It is easy for someone to take the time to post a negative review; however, people rarely take the time to post a positive review. On numerous occasions, I have been conflicted in posting bad reviews for this location due to recurring past experiences with horrific customer service (both as a customer and door dasher) provided by some of the younger women employed at the Drive-Thru window, Speaker, & front counter. With Melba, Dominiqua, and one other Manager (morning/afternoon shift), you can expect to be respected and acknowledged. These ladies faithfully, without fail, do NOT rush customers through ordering. They will double-check and read your order back to you. They will address any other needs you may have, all doing so with a present and enthusiastic attitude. These three ladies, are the only people that I look forward to interacting with when it comes to service. Thank you ladies, again! Keep positively being you and being the Change we wish to see in this world and industry. Your business attitude does NOT go unnoticed.

    The quarter pounder is supposed to be made fresh when you order it. I ordered in the restaurant and waited about 10 to 12 minutes for my order. The burger was dry and cold vs hit and juicy which I've received at other McDonalds. Definitely will no go back to this one for burgers.

    Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Ordered curbside pick up and when I got there still had to wait and after 35mins went inside and had to wait in a line of other frustrated customers waiting for their orders while the workers see all these people their just ignoring them and having their own convos about nothing. I finally get someone's attention and ask about my order and turns out that they didn't even start the order. So had to wait another 30min and didn't even get a "sorry for the wait", in fact just the opposite staff was acting like I was bothering them, totally rude. But whatever im more mad at myself for wasting my money on that junk. Most definitely the last time I ever go to McDonald's. Not even real food. Smh.

    Editing to add: I called corporate immediately after this incident and was assured someone from management would call me back. Nothing ever came from it. I wouldn’t waste your time or money at this location as this is apparently acceptable customer service. I have never had a worse experience at a fast food restaurant. The tables were dirty, the floors were sticky and covered in spilled drinks, and the entire dining area appeared neglected. I placed my order at a kiosk, but no receipt was provided. Over the course of 40 minutes, not a single employee came to the front counter to take orders, provide updates, complete orders, or assist customers. At one point, an employee briefly came out to grab something from under the counter and said, “I’m glad I’m not working up front,” before quickly returning to the kitchen. Meanwhile, the manager could repeatedly be heard telling staff not to take any more orders because they were too far behind — yet orders continued to be placed in the drive through and front. Another employee entered through the front door, walking through approximately 30 waiting customers saying “watch out,” and went straight to the back without acknowledging anyone. No employees were wearing name tags. While waiting, two DoorDash drivers canceled their orders after waiting too long. A teenager nearby called his mother asking what he should do. Two other customers shared that before I arrived, an employee started taking their order at the register and then simply walked away without completing the transaction. I attempted to politely ask about my order by saying “excuse me” from behind the front counter area and was ignored. When I tried again a few minutes later, an employee became defensive, stated that she “didn’t do anything,” told me to stop speaking to her, and said her manager would “deal with me.” Ironically, that interaction was the only reason I finally received my food after waiting 45 minutes. Many other customers ultimately waited close to an hour. When the manager finally came out, there was little acknowledgment of the situation, the staff behavior, or the frustration of the customers who had been waiting. Multiple customers requested refunds and were denied. I understand that restaurants can get overwhelmed and fall behind. However, the complete lack of professionalism, communication, accountability, and respect toward customers was unacceptable.
