  I have ordered multiple times recently because other people wanted Jimmy John's and honestly it's worse than I even remember. They consistently mess up my order (adding things that aren't even on the list of ingredients) ex: cucumbers in a ceaser wrap. The bread sucks. I can't comment on the cheese because I've ordered cheese twice and it was not on my sandwiches. One time they added lettuce instead of cheese and the other time they added tomatoes instead of cheese. I honestly can't understand how they are still in business when $4 Sheetz subs taste better.

  I placed an online order and it took my money. The store claims they didn’t receive the order and refused to make the food even though proof of purchase was shown by my husband. I called to speak to the manager and the manager got so mad when I asked him to make the food anyway. He said he wasn’t giving me free food and he was screaming at me and then hung up on me twice. I called corporate but still didn’t get my food. I can’t believe a manager spoke to a customer that way and he refused to give me his bosses information.

  I absolutely love Jimmy Johns and have never had an issue until last week when I tried to have something delivered from the Bluffton location. We waited for half an hour and finally I called them and they told me that they had called me and left a message but I had no record of a phone call or a voicemail from them. They said that they "didn't have drivers today", and that if I wanted my order I would have to come get it or have the order refunded. They were kind enough to refund me the delivery charge, but I went up there to pick up my order and asked why they don't have drivers, they told me that a third party is delivering for them and not the traditional drivers. They are known for speedy delivery service, and the one in Beaufort is amazing. I have no clue why the one in Bluffton is using either Uber or Doordash but it's not working, and it's incredibly disappointing. Wish you guys still had Jimmy Johns drivers.

  Came in yesterday to get the meal deal special they had when I came in the lady at register seem very impatient I guess I said what I wanted wrong she walked off as if she had a attitude because I said do y’all have the little sandwich meal thing instead of trying to help me correct what I wanted she got a attitude and when she walked off it was a walk like I got in her nerves
