- RRRobertAug 8, 20262.0Food is typical Chick-fil-A. Service quality can be very hit or miss. Some of the employees have the expected Chick-fil-A service with a smile, but some can clearly care less, that’s today’s youth for you. Would definitely recommend checking your bag if you have a large order, as there are usually missing items. The biggest issue and the reason for the low stars is the way this place is laid out. If they are busy, there are only maybe 8-10 parking spaces you can access. The line for the drive through blocks off access to pull around the building to get to parking spaces, and it’s one way so you can’t pull down the side of the building to access them. You can only park in the small parking lot near the “rear” of the building or park at Lowe’s and walk over. Which isn’t a problem in clear weather, but when it’s pouring down rain, like today, it is a gigantic pain.

I’ve always had quick and experience service and was surprised by how fast and efficient Chick-fil-A always had been but the Bluffton Chick-fil-A lacks in many areas but the most disappointing was my sandwich. I ordered the number one and I got the thinnest Chick-fil-A sandwich I’ve ever seen pictures attached. Very disappointing not even the taste seemed the same. I think the corporate office needs to have a Meeting with this owner and get many things rectified. I see the reviews do not look good and most of the complaints are the same as what I’m stating.

This reminded me as to why we don’t go there too much anymore! My friend really wanted a milkshake, so we went. No one asked if we wanted whipped cream and a cherry. We didn’t get either. There didn’t seem to be as many peaches as in the past and the cups seemed smaller. The two milkshakes definitely weren’t worth the ridiculously long wait to get them!

After my meal I headed home to rest and unwind from the long day. When I got home I felt something in my tummy… I didn’t think of anything at the time but boy was I wrong After the pain got much worse I ran to the bathroom to relieve my tummy pain and it came fast and furious and was a pain like I had never felt and it is still burning as I write this When I thoguht I was done I was hit with a weird feeling in my throat and by the time k could react it was already coming out of my mouth and it tasted a lot worse than it did when it first came into my mouth With this I leave you to be very careful with the chickfil a deluxe sandwhich Thank you
- JJJalalJul 15, 20261.0As a doordasher we used to be able to go inside and pick up the Chick-fil-A order. Now we have to wait in the Drive-Thru line no matter how long it is and sometimes it takes 30 to 40 minutes just to get your food. The food would be ready 20 minutes before you get the food but they say corporate won't allow them to hand you the food inside, although other Chick-fil-A's in the area will allow it. So the lines are longer. The customer suffers by getting cold food and then doordash also suffers for waiting 30 plus minutes just to get the customers cold food. The regular drive-thru customers are in a longer line when the food could easily picked up inside. This has happened many times and Chick-fil-A appears to be intelligent which is why I don't understand why corporate would allow such thing to continue to happen. Would it not be easier for a doordasher to grab the food inside when it was ready? Why are customers waiting in a longer line unnecessarily in the Drive-Thru? Why are doordash customers getting cold food? I will be documenting this across ongoing process. -----Saturday July 18th '26------ Usually the food here is really good but today what I ate I received lukewarm fries and a very thin dry piece of chicken. Didn't complain because this is probably a once in a 100 chance of that happening. But it was a lackluster meal. Went to the counter to stand and wait for a refill as I was walked by a total of five times. Someone finally acknowledged me and gave me a refill. Then they tried to refill my drink at a soda fountain without a spigot so naturally it splashed all over the place, and the mixture wouldn't be right, as syrup ran down the cup and her hand she tried to hand it to me but obviously I refuse and asked. Could you please refill it at a station with a spigot? After I asked she did do that but the question remains what's going on with Chick-fil-A?
