- SASavannah Adams5 days ago1.0I have been here about 5 times and they mess up my order every single time. I just waited 50 minutes in the drive though. And still gave me the wrong order. It was just 4 chicken strips. Nothing complicated. We called and they wanted us to get back into the almost an hour long drive through line? Yeah right. I just waited on "fast food" for an hour on Saturday evening. They messed up and as a result I need to wait another 45 min to and hour? Yeah right. I've never been to a CFA this bad.

The poor child was in tears and had a family member with her.I overheard the Manager very aggressively speaking the employee and family member and ended up going outside as to not cause any more of a seen in the store. This Manager is extremely rude throughout the entire altercation. The Manager had her face right in the family member face.This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. After looking over some of the reviews of this store, I now know why there are so many negative reviews especially when Chick-Fil-A’s motto is Chick-Fil-A Cares

The cashier didn’t listen to our order, wrung it up incorrectly, and then we ended up having to wait around 20 minutes for cold, hard (from sitting) and incorrect food. None of it was hot. The only good thing was the orange juice, and that was bottled. There were lines of people standing around and waiting for food, the drive thru line was not moving at all and several people kept having to come inside and still wait for their mobile orders. Manager didn’t seem very apologetic, and there was no sense of urgency from any of the staff whatsoever. Moving around as if they were sloths.

This is probably the first time I’ve ever had to use a speaker box at the drive-through instead of talking to people. And it makes sense because inside they are severely understaffed. Sending DoorDash drivers through your drive-through makes absolutely no sense and just ruins the experience for the driver and your other customers- everyone has to wait longer. My 15 minutes of waiting time here (so far…) has taught me that this is the worst Chick-fil-A in my area. You will never be getting a single dollar of my money here.
- HJHeidi JentzschSep 6, 20261.0We will never go back to this location. The drive thru lane was so long that we decided to go inside. We should have just walked out. There was only one lady taking orders and a long line. Lots of people waiting for the mobile order line. I don’t know how many people were working in the back but only the one taking orders and one young man filling drinks. The lady taking orders had to leave her post to fix the milk shakes. But the worst thing was the condition of the restaurant. The trash cans were overflowing and trash stacked high on the bins. Trash all over the floors and on the tables. A customer and his wife got garbage sacks from under the counters and started clearing off the tables and trash on floors. It was terrible. Wish I had taken pictures. Some one else on here did but it must have been earlier then we were there because it wasn’t as bad. . I have complained to corporate and got a response with some free stuff but will not use it at this location.
