  I've honestly never had such a disappointing CAVA bowl... it was good.. the little bit there was. Even my daughter laughed when she saw the portion size. I placed my order online, and was incredibly disappointed to open up my lunch to find maybe 1/4-1/3 of the bowl full. It appeared a few of my toppings were missing but everything was so lack i couldn't tell. Definitely only an issue I've experienced at this location. Disappointed to have spent $16 on a lunch that left me hungry!

  The lady put way too much of the two dressings on my pita sandwich. Swimming in it. The steak was poor quality. Chipotle has much better quality beef. The concept is great. I got the pita wrap so if you like bread it was thick. I would try this place again.

  My family and I stopped in to grab food and were blown away by the exceptional customer service! We were greeted with a warm welcome and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience while dining in. I would 10/10 recommend this location. The food was great, tasty, and flavorful as well.

  My family and I were highly anticipating a visit to this location during our spring break. Today is the day we decided to make the commute for an enjoyable lunch. This was a first time Cava experience for one of my relatives. Sadly, we encountered Sean who was extremely condescending in his tone towards her and was visibly annoyed as she inquired about ingredients/toppings she was considering adding to her first Cava bowl. He then became hostile in his tone and had the most combative disposition as he asked her not to touch the glass in front of the toppings section. The horrible experience was saved by fellow employees, Raven and Dorian, who checked Sean on his nasty behavior, and turned what was an extremely negative customer service experience into a positive one for us! Kudos to them both for truly valuing customers, and for being examples of what world class customer service really looks like!!!!
