  The bartender was extremely rude. We got our nachos and they were cold. Honestly don’t know if i’m ever coming back.

  I ordered Togo food and got the wrong product. I then tried to call the store and got told nobody is going to answer the phone and then hung up.

  The restaurant is full and no servers are not working. Waited 30 minutes for a table and no food for another 30 minutes.

  At about 5:30 my friend had placed an order to be picked up between 6:50 & 7pm today and yet when I arrived at 6:50 the order wasn't ready whatsoever which was fine but while I was sitting there waiting for my order there were other orders that were being filled and taken while I still waited for mine. The server came out at roughly 7 and said that the kitchen had completely forgotten part of our order and had to put that together which would take another 5-10 minutes. While waiting still more orders were being filled. At about 7:15 the server came back over and said that they were still finishing our order and it'd take another 5 minutes. I finally received my order at 7:25 and come to find out that they still forgot part of my order and I had to go back in and get that missing item. I love using BWW for the rewards but when I arrive to the location and the items still aren't ready, the kitchen forgets part of the order, and other orders are filled while I'm still waiting is ridiculous.
