When we asked for a replacement for our milkshake because there was no milk, she seemed extremely bothered and rude about it. When we said we were simply unaware that they didn't have milk, the lady says "oh nah" and hangs up the phone. I was in genuine shock at the level of rudeness... don't sign up for a job that you're not going to do.
