- LBLittle Butterfly3 days ago3.0Pretty good food! I really liked my chicken sandwich and all my food was a pretty good temperature. The service was pretty much non existent, but I wouldn't say the staff was rude. Everything in my order was correct and the food came out quickly which is always a plus. While the dining room wasn't in great shape and the women's bathroom was out of order, most of the tables were clean which I appreciated.

- BCBonnie CleggJun 27, 20261.0The rudeness of this one particular employee just embarrassing especially when there was a communication problem being my husband had said 12 piece family box deal and she had made it such a big issue in front of all the customers including when calling to her manager to fix it just calling out my husband as if he wasn’t in front of her. After going thru five minutes of getting the order straight and being embarrassed we went up and asked for the half of gallon of tea that came with the meal and told by another younger employee with long eyelashes that we would just have to wait for our tea. After sitting down eating our meal trying to be patient and waiting for ten minutes still no tea. So I addressed it with the employee who had told me that and told her we would like our tea after waiting she rolled her eyes at me then got my tea. Also there was a bucket which was about to run over there was no signs saying caution wet floor Anywhere! Being familiar with regulations and especially customer services I would say if being graded the store would definitely receive a F. I would give the service a 0 star rating. As far as the employee with long false eyelashes I wouldn’t think eye lashes would be allowed to be worn being they could fall into the customers food smh. They r somewhat tiny and could go not being seen. The women’s bathroom trash was overflowing in the floor as well no toilet paper and was just nasty. The napkins from the restaurant was being used. I’m not one that makes complaints towards employees risking their chances of losing their job but in this case I think it would be better who can do their job and go by regulations and customer friendliness. I would also say poor management could play a important role in the success of running a BOJANGLES RESTAURANT. Regardless of the state which I live in Virginia I do believe being familiar with the restaurant industry that customer friendliness plays a big part in a successful restaurant!

Went in to fix it, all the employees looked at me and the people in line like we were stupid. Then about 3 minutes later a girl comes up walking like a sloth, moved slow with every movement taking orders, like she had no speed. Then she gets to me I explain they got the sauces wrong, she moved dragging her feet to get me ranch, comes back same speed rolls her eyes and hands it to me. Y’all need better staff and management! This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with this store!
