- SSSsMay 3, 20263.0The service & atmosphere was good. The cashier was very friendly & hands on. I would have liked for the burger patty to be cooked a little bit more but the fries was seasoned & good. The restaurant was clean and easy to find.

She didn’t have to travel far or that long to get it. We called the place and the manager didn’t believe us. So instead of going back and forth,I said “no worries,we will never eat there again.” I was shocked because we love this place but because the manager was nonchalant and unbelieving about our situation,we will never return. She heard my voice and I made sure of it because we are faithful customers…this lady still didn’t budge..That’s awesome customer service.. way to go!🙄…We spent 41.00 dollars FOR COLD FOOD!!! 5 Guys will have our money from now on(completely)....at least I know the food will be hot and fresh at pickup. Etc
